Still haven’t received the package…
Still haven’t received the package ordered it 2 weeks ago and really confused. Was meant to be here last week and haven’t had any follow up emails on when it’s coming or where it even is. Disappointed.

So sorry to hear the parcel still hasn’t reached you in Australia. Royal Mail say it can take between 6-10 working days although this is just an aim as explained in my email. In our experience it often takes a little longer.

Lovely jewellery and great company
I’ve stumbled across this company on the internet when looking for a shell necklace. I’m over the moon with my purchases (2 necklaces and a bracelet) it was posted quickly (free delivery) and each item was beautifully wrapped and has its own little bag. Little touches go a long way. What a great company and very reasonably priced.
Thank you for the lovely jewellery and I will definitely be back to buy gifts for people 😊
