Very happy both with the quality of the shed I bought and the help given by staff on the day I made my choice of the shed I required. This was followed by an inspection of the base, and access; before delivery and erection of the shed. The shed was erected efficiently, and well. A visit from Mo a member of staff was also appreciated. A very proffesional company, with excellent service.

We ordered a new shed and base from Bentleys & the whole process was conducted in a very professional manner. The workmen who laid the patio & erected the shed were "old fashioned workmen", they were polite and most importantly cleaned away all the waste and tidied up after the work.

We wanted a quality built shed and after looking at Bentley's display at Rothley duly ordered a Junior Workshop (8x6), not cheap but you get what you pay for. We paid a 50% deposit and were given a 6-8 week delivery time.
Our shed was delivered on schedule and erected in approximately 1 hour. Unfortunately due to an admin error the guttering was omitted but they returned within 3 days to finish the job. We are delighted with our shed, the quality is excellent and it should last us a lifetime with little maintenance. Would recommend on basis of both quality and service.

The product options were explained clearly by Bentley's staff and the site visit was particularly useful in clarifying issues relating to the greenhouse base. One small niggle is that the sales literature should be clearer about the greenhouse footprint, which turns out to be a few inches bigger than the manufacturer's specifications indicate. Fortunately, Bentley's consultant brought this to my attention during the site visit, in good time to make the necessary modifications to the concrete base. The erection of the buildings was carried out very professionally and without any undue disruption. I am very happy with the greenhouse and shed and the service provide by Bentley's and would strongly recommend the company to anyone thinking about purchasing garden buildings.

Good product, quick efficient delivery, mostly satisfied with the build

Every thing promised was delivered to my satisfaction. Site erectors were friendly and obliging.

Shed did not arrive within estimated time and was not contacted to advise of delay ,when I contacted Bentleys I was told they couldn't speak to the factory as it was the weekend ,then they were waiting for an email reply from the factory's for 2 days ,I was not kept informed of progress when I rang to ask if they had any information for me I was told we have had this conversation two days ago and the situation is the same we are waiting to hear from the factory ,when you purchase an expensive shed you do not expect this kind of after sale

I had to chase for a date but when they had the shed made, Bentley's were very quick at installing it. Overall, I am very pleased with the shed.

Good quality product but they did turn up on the wrong day (a week early!) so they were lucky to find me in.

Sales staff were friendly and helpful finding the right shed for what we needed. Delivery was efficient, on time and by friendly and helpful workers. Product is perfect for our needs and very good quality.

The shed was delivered on time and erected quickly, the problem was that, although we had paid £160 for the old shed to be removed, these people said they can't remove it. So the new shed had to be erected in a place we didn't want it. After numerous phone calls to Bentley they eventually arrived, took away the old shed and moved the new one into the right place.
Now we have had the shed for a few weeks we can see nails sticking out by the window frames and the latches are half falling off. I wouldn't say the workmanship is very good and I wouldn't buy anything else from them.

An excellent service from start to finish. Staff very friendly and helpful. More importantly shed delivered and put up very promptly, with no fuss or bother
