Worst customer service experience ever
Please do yourself a favour and avoid this website at all costs. Customer service is good until your payment is taken. They send final product images for you to review, but ship the item regardless. I was unsatisfied with the final product images, but couldn’t do anything about it since it had already been shipped. When requesting a refund for not being satisfied with the product, I was denied on multiple occasions and ignored for days at a time by chat, message and email. For a company that guarantees 100% customer satisfaction and a 100% risk free, no questions asked shopping experience, let me just say that it has been the farthest thing from that.
EDIT: Thanks for your reply. If you aim for a seamless shopping experience, provide me with the refund I have requested on multiple occasions for a product I didn’t approve of shipping. And it’s quite funny that you ask to send you an email for an unresolved issue because that’s what I’ve been doing for the past week and all my emails and messages are being ignored and my Live Chats are getting ended with no reply.

Customs issue
Be Roma was nothing short of exceptional all the way, but I give it 3 stars because my item was held with customs so it took another 10 days for me to receive it. To be fair, they sent me another one while they were dealing with customs which was great, but I missed the delivery data which was important to me. The quality of the item was great, and the customer service 5 stars, but I hope you understand why I had to post with 3 stars.
