You get what you pay for, and then some!

I've ordered many items from Beroma & am always pleased with my purchase. Great customer service, too.

After placing my initial order of two bags with them, I quickly placed several additional orders totaling 6 bags and 1 wallet. Jessica is amazing and extremely caring so is her manager Paul. I have never dealt with such professional and caring customer service and sales associates in all of my years as a consumer. Living in New York City and having access to the finest luxury stores and items available, I will continue to choose this company for their superior quality and absolutely amazing customer service. The quality is unbelievable even to my extremely high standards. I have 1 million questions with each purchase and they are always answered with patience and care, I have recommended Friends and will continue to recommend anyone in the market for a high-quality, beautiful luxury bag or wallet. I am still waiting for some items to be delivered, but everything that I have received so far has been absolutely perfect and any issue that I have come across has been dealt with swiftly, fairly and honestly. You can really trust this company, which is not a thing that I say lightly and not a word that I throw around. I consider myself a lifer!

Overall very satisfied but give it 4 stars as I had to pay duties on arrival. To be fair, the store reimburse me for the costs I had to pay, but wasn't pleased to have to pay this in advance. My purse is excellent quality, and I've just placed my second order with them.
