The most commendable thing about this company is the level of customer service and satisfaction. The service provided was impeccable. I previously had terrible experience shopping elsewhere and hence I was more cautious and reserved about shopping online. I must have asked at least 20 questions, and each one of them answered with consideration to ensure I feel comfortable and safe with shopping online. Jessica the wonderful lady whom I've been communicating with, has been nothing short of being professional, knowledgeable and easy to speak to. She went above and beyond to ensure my questions were being answered and provided reassurances along the way until I received my items and was happy with it. Her manager Paul has also been very helpful as well, even offering to assist me with dealing with a scam I encountered previously with another company. Next on to the quality of the items.. I have been known to have an eagle eye when it comes to the level of details, and before ordering the items I want, I did my research, went to the store to have a look and feel of the item so that I can compare the items when I received them. Every level of details are captured and delivered as promised. So much so that I felt comfortable referring my friends to shop here too. In summary, I will not hesitate to shop with Be Roma again. I am more than happy with both the quality of the items and the excellent customer service. I decided after making 3 purchases, it's about time to give credit where it's due.
