With every order there is an ongoing dialogue with a representative from the Be Roma company. Jessica was my liaison and she was excellent. She would answer any queries promptly and with great detail. The products that I received were of extremely high quality. I have studied the many comparison youtube videos between the authentic and replicas that I ordered and what I received was amazingly accurate to the authentic requirements and rarely aligned with the fake giveaways. You can see that the materials are carefully chosen and the design’s details have been studied. These products aren’t sloppily slapped together as what is typically seen on NYC street corners. I am torn between giving a 4 or a 5 star review. The only hesitation was that there were a few inconsistencies with the order caught on the preview videos from the factory. However, Jessica, more than made up for the oversight and redirected the order properly. I would give her and the product 5 stars. I would order from this company again without any hesitation.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I couldn't find any faults.

Scam! Scam! Scam! They send low quality fake damaged items and then refuse to take them back. They will threaten you to report you to the legal authorities for trying to cancel/return the items even if they are the ones who sell fake and low quality goods!
