Nothing to say about this company. The people are super helpful and very very knowledgeable. They got ACTUAL workers that support you 24/7 and know everything about their job and that makes me feel safe to buy their products. The hosting its self is lightning fast and dedicated. Mark my words this will be the best MC hosting company in a year span or even less! Respect to all the guys Cheers!!!!!!

I have know about Berry Byte for a few years, when they started out they were under different leadership to what they are now and was known as CryHosting. Back when I first heard about them not going to lie they were very bad, uptime was terribl!e and support wasn't really helpful but now having been on and off using them I can hands down say they are best hosting company out there, support is the best support I have ever seen with really quick response times and they are insanely helpful, the pricing is very good and everyone there is amazing. 11/10

wanted to upgrade the server and BAM within seconds of making a ticket they got back to me, upgraded the server and that was that, very friendly and helpful service, i recommend them highly if you ever need to run a Minecraft server.

Started out Legendary. Been using them since they were madhosting.tech Now they are as Berrybyte and my opinion of them is just better and better.

We've used many hosts before. This has been the last one we have switched to and have no intention of leaving =)

Phenomenal Service. From the very start their service has been the best I have ever seen. I joined their discord, opened a support ticket, and instantly got a reply. Every time I would ask a question, it'd be answered in minutes and they would even answer completely. They have a very knowledgeable and responsive support team. And as of writing this review, their server is running incredibly as expected.

Amazing server performance, no errors quick and easy to setup. overall i recommend them. servers run smooth and so does the pterodactyl panel. support team is nice and so is the owner. 10/10 for me.

Great experience so far, the support has been moderately quick, sometimes very quick, but generally my experience has been a lot better with this host, compared to a few other hosts in the past, the staff are cooperative, and overall attentive, they understand your points quickly without having to reexplain it, an overall comfortable experience.

They have been nothing but transparent and informative in their start up process as well as their customer service. I've been with at least 5 other VPS hosting company and this is the first one that has given excellent customer service. The performance and pricing is unbeatable.

Very fast support, some of the best I've seen for a minecraft server host. The managers and moderators are very hands on and helpful to their clients. Hardware is also great and awesome deals for ram and server storage. The client area has some work to be done but improvements are on the way. Even now it is quite accessible.
