When i went on the site to purchase it stated in stock, after i placed the order my recipt stated shipping no later then August, still not arrived and the website is designed where you cannot speak to a CS person just a fake AI contact who repeats the same info without a promise date.

Part of the original kickstarter program. So far have received half my order with no eta on the 2nd half. Been waiting 2 years now. A chunk of the original backers still haven't received any of their orders and occasionally post to kickstarter about it. From what im reading it seems like they still aren't delivering products on time, they're selling something that might never ship, and their customer service is still a joke. Good luck to anyone that gives them money, and good luck on getting it back.

While the idea of using propane and wood is good, the propane burner that Bertello offers is horrible. I have had constant issues with the thermocouple and have to clean it every time I use it for any hope that the Bruner stays on.

The customer service is horrible as I started in April, get ignored, start over, make a little progress, then get ignored again, and then asked to start over again. I have been asked 4 times for my order number. Eric Thomas, I am assuming he is the one with the 5 star review, is the customer service contact and he constant fails to provide any help.

Ordered an oven on June 11, 2026.(74 days and counting) Still has not shipped.
Checked now 4 times for delivery date and each time it is supposedly coming but no delivery.
14-25 days delivery shows on their website.
Apparently this is a common experience for anyone who has ordered from this spring and summer.
Also, cannot find anyway to leave a review on their website.

*Update - after reaching out to BBB.org, I got a response after about 3-4 days and shipping confirmation. Unit arrive and works great. Solid unit, customer service was lacking*

Purchased in early June with several promised "shipping dates" and nothing. They billed us when we purchased (instead of when it shipped) and we haven't received the oven over 2 months later. Read online reviews carefully. They aren't being honest about the shipping. Also, odd the only 5 star review here is the same name as the customer service person at Bertello that we've emailed several times and has given us false promise responses. Might be a coincidence....?

No delivery date and poor customer service. This company should be avoided

To start the company should be honest about their availibility. I ordered a bundle in april, when I placed the order it said estimated shipping was april, its now mid june and i have the Dough and nothing else. They told me in May that they expected to ship out on the 25th of may, I just got a shipping notification fot the 17th of june for the Pizza Peel nothing else. All I need now is a PIZZA OVEN I dont believe they have any capital to produce the inventory.

We ordered on March 18 and it is June 8, still no oven. We contacted our credit card company for a refund.

Bertello claims to have items for pre-order, but never sends them. So far recieved one update they are delayed in manufacturing. I have emailed the owner a second time, but the business seems shady.

I pre-ordered a pizza oven, which took about two months for it to get here. And on the very first time that I put it together and tried to use it, about 15 minutes in, the rotating device that rotates the pizza stone just stopped working. I tried using battery. I tried using electrical outlets. Nothing worked. I contacted support and kept on speaking to the same guy, Eric Who said they would send a new motor device, which was two weeks ago. Haven't received it. Haven't received confirmation. Haven't received a tracking number. Haven't received anything from this company.
