Item arrived pacaged well in working condition

the displays look great and are easy to assemble. The frames break and could be welded better. I will fix them for next season.

Have to purchasing several Christmas trees in the past several years and each and every one of them having problems with the preinstalled light strands. I tried once again for the first time with this tree company, and to my surprise it was a very nice looking tree, however after contacting the company to register it, I was found that it had a mere 60 day warranty.

99% of the things you buy on the Internet today has a minimum of 30 day warranty in many have even longer warranties. The problem that I have with an item like this is that you use it for the most of a week and you pack it away and then surprise next year you open it up and half the lights don’t work and the company laughs all the way to the bank because even if you had a six month warranty, it wouldn’t cover the problems with these pre-wired trees.

I will more than likely go back to National Tree Company products and may even go with a non-lighted Christmas tree that way the price is lower and I can purchase different lights each year and when one bulb goes out and they send you replacement bulbs that don’t work because the crack is somewhere in the wiring I can just chuck the string of lights and put different lights on the tree.

Is becoming popular that these companies could care less about your business. They are geared to volume sales rather than return customers that are satisfied with the product but me as a person I will follow up with this periodically, but I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a tree that will stand up to a few years use.

Good quality

Ordered a BCP snow shovel through target. Had to order as it was not available in store. Receive the shovel, upon opening the package, missing one bolt and the handle was not drilled for a bolt hole to connect the two halves. AI chat bot was no help either. Poor quality control poor product. Buy with caution from this company.

I love their many deals and fast at door delivery. Also enjoy that I get exactly what I purchased from what is displayed and what details of the product are given.

I trusted this site to provide reliable reviews but I find they review mostly chinese exports which are rubbish

I would not order from BCP. I ordered a lighted Christmas tree. I was told it had shipped. Come to find out they printed the FedEx label but never delivered to FedEx. It took over a week to get a straight answer from them as to what happened. Too late now to get it in time for Christmas as they said delivery would be the 24th. Twice I asked to have someone call me and was told I was in the queue BUT never got a call.

Fast, precise delivery with no shipping charge. The 12-foot patio umbrella with integrated solar lights is a fantastic product. Setup was easy, the solar lights activated after just a few minutes of sun, and the hand crank allows for smooth tilting in multiple directions. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

When my outdoor reindeer and sleigh arrived I was so excited. I started to put the Reindeer together and found the head was missing. Of course I was disappointed. I sent the Company an email explaining the situation. I asked for them to send a head or refund the money. They explained they couldn't send part of the Reindeer but will refund all my money which was in my bank within 3 day. Honest Company!

They sent a smaller tree than what I ordered and the lights didn't work. I contacted customer service and they only communicate through chat or email and told me that most of their customers prefer it that way. Who spends hundreds of dollars and can't call to discuss if their is an issue. All reputable companies have a phone number. I requested a phone number twice via chat and never received one. Don't waste your money with them. Buy from a reputable company.

One side of the wreath I purchased does not light up as well as the other. It seems like the lights are covered up by the wire frame. Sad about that!

The garlands are full and lovely but the lights don’t work.
