Chairish will sell you furniture and you will never see it.
It seems like Chairish has never actually sold furniture before. One month ago I purchased a setee and two chairs, but it seems like Chairish can't figure out how to get them to me. I have to beg for updates. Still no word on if even picked up or not. Is Chairish new to this business? The furniture, and the shipping, were both expensive. Won't use Chairish again.

Broken down Leather with a sticky feel
I received my couch after a month and it looked as described with some mentioned fading from sun exposure.What the seller failed to disclose was the fact that the Leather had broken down over time and had a very sticky feel.I thought it was from the shrink wrap that was used for shipping but after countless applications of cleaner and conditioner the sticky feel remained.I had a Leather specialist look at it and he told me the leather had broken down.This was past the 48 hours allowed for a return so I have reached out to the seller and was told the couch was in great condition when shipped,sorry.This is not true and now I have a $4000 couch that you stick to !The name of the seller is Casual Elegance.They have offered no solution
