Very disappointing first experience with Chairish. My shipment arrived later than expected, and the chair had structural damage (nothing to do with the shipper), not the condition that had been advertised. After the long wait, receiving a damaged piece was incredibly frustrating and has made me hesitant to purchase through Chairish again. When I reached out to resolve this they said it was outside the 48 hour period, which I was unaware of.

The description was not accurate of the mirror. It was described as 18th century, and it was clearly not anywhere near that. It looks about 50 years old and very shiny and new. We did not get notice until the morning of the delivery and we weren’t home so we were not able to get back to the seller in time to return the item now we are stuck with something that is not what we wanted. We should’ve been notified about the delivery at least 24 hours in advance so the quality is not accurate and well. The delivery service was good. It was no notification to us and we had to arrange other people to accept it and we’re not home to view the item until it was too late to return it.
