never received item, they never replied to any of my emails. sent so many emails to them. yet they still spam me with promotional emails

Horrible, non-existent communication. Waited weeks and weeks for my order to arrive which was way too late as it was to be a wedding gift for my son. I reached out several times and received no response even thought I requested that the order be canceled.

Bought product from 27 Feb,2026. Sent tons of emails of checking shipping status but never have respond until now. Really bad experience. Request refund money if the shop can not handle the order. Unbelievable!!!

I have zero artistic talent but this kit made it so easy. The numbers are clear and the paint goes on smooth. I did one of their fixed designs (the cherry blossoms) and it turned out beautiful.

One of my paint pots (color #14) popped open during shipping and dried out. I emailed them with a picture and they sent a replacement pot right away. Excellent service.

Surprisingly, this is one of the few things that can hold my focus for hours. It's very satisfying to see the picture slowly come together. The quality of the materials is definitely worth the price.

I spend all day staring at screens for work, so having a tactile hobby like this is exactly what I needed. The kit had everything I needed to get started right out of the box.

I haven't painted since middle school art class, but this makes me feel like a pro. It's basically foolproof if you just stay in the lines. The finished product looks awesome hanging in my living room.

Bought this to keep me busy during the cold months. It's surprisingly addictive! The paint covers the numbers well, though some of the lighter colors (like yellow and white) needed a second coat. Overall very happy with it.

Ordered on 4 March still have not received my package. Very poor customer service, no reply whatsoever to my emails and no other way to contact them! I regret placing the order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I ordered 3 kits to get the 3 for 2 deal. In the package I recieved it has 1 kit and 2 paint sets but not the canvases for those paint sets. I'm so mad I paid like $150 CAD for this. I have emailed them but no responses. Do not buy from them.

In December 2025 I ordered 3 paintings. When my order arrived, it had 2 of the same painting and 1 was missing. I contacted the company and sent a picture of what was received. They said they would "RUSH" the missing painting and apologized. Since then, I have contacted the company several times inquiring about the missing painting. I was given the excuse that "it was lost in the mail" and again that they would "RUSH" a replacement. Again, I have inquired as to when I would get the missing painting. Now, they are not even responding to my emails. I have asked for a refund, but just like the missing painting, it has not arrived.

I ordered three kits based on their buy two get one free promotion in early December for Christmas presents. My attempt to get a due date as Christmas drew near went unanswered. I finally discovered they were coming from China and purchased other gifts. When two the three finally arrived nearly a month later I was told that I misunderstood the promotion and despite uploading 3 seeing the discount in my cart I somehow did something wrong. Run....do not do business with this vendor.

We have been using this company for the past 5 years. My husband gets me a painting every Christmas. The only time we have ever had a problem was last Christmas when they had a sale for buy two get one free. We were shipped a duplicate of one of the pictures. That same year my husband had a painting shipped to his sister. The picture was edited And some random person was added to the picture. My biggest complaint about both of these issues is their horrendous customer service. My husband reached out for both situations and never heard back.

I ordered a painting on October 24, 2025, I have still not received the picture and I have emailed numerous times. I have only received one response stating they would let me know when they receive tracking information as it has already been shipped. It's now December?? Where is the product?

The company is “Best paint by numbers” My sister had ordered one and it was beautiful. I ordered $140.00 worth of canvas/paints/brushed. I received my order in June. The package I received came damaged. Large hole in box canvas was indented and paints had been opened and leaked everywhere. I emailed the business (only way of communicating) they told me they would send a replacement asap because I told them it was a wedding present for my daughter. I have emailed them at least 8 more times. It is now December and I’ve asked for a refund. I have never got a response other then. “We have received your email with an invoice # to reference too. I will now go thru my bank to get my money back. I will never order from them again. I will tell friends and family to not trust this company. I am just shook that any company would run business this way. Very very disappointed. ZERO STARS FTOM ME!!!

Dopo molti giorni di ritardo sulla consegna mi è venuto in mente di controllare le recensioni su trustpilot e mi sono accorta che le ultime erano tutte negative, parlando di ordini mai arrivati e truffe. Cosi ho iniziato a scrivere una mail ogni due giorni circa all'azienda, dicendo che le recensioni erano tutte negative e non volevo essere truffata. All'inizio mi rispondevano che avrebbero aggiornato il tracking senza però successo, dopo un po' finalmente l'hanno fatto e l'ordine è effettivamente arrivato a casa così come ordinato (circa un mese dopo l'acquisto). Tela molto buona, quindi alla fine niente truffa. Do 3 stelle perchè non so se ci ricomprerei visto che a molte persone sembra non essere mai arrivato niente.

I was concerned because I had read a few bad reviews on this site about the company after ordering in October. I reached out to their customer service team to inquire. I was sympathetic and said I know running small businesses is hard, but could I still expect to receive the product. Chris responded within a day, and a few days later I had updated tracking information! I believe these are made overseas so we’d all do well to give Chris some grace especially with tariffs, holiday shipping, import / export control, etc. All 3 are different images. They look great and I can’t wait to get started!

I ordered 3 x paintings in May 25 and still have not received them. there is no way to contact them except my email. I have sent numerous emails at least 10 and am still sending them to this day (Nov 25) but i other than an automated acknowledgement of an email being sent I HAVE NOT HAD ANY CONTACT FROM THEM.
VERY POOR use another company if you wish to receive your goods.

Would give this a 0 rating if I could. I used this website because a friend of mind had used them several times and never had a problem and their pictures came back faster than when they thought. I ordered on 10/3/25 and after several weeks of not hearing anything or getting a tracking number I reached out. I received an email back that was "assuring me" that my package had already been picked up and that they were just waiting to get a tracking number. Fast forward another several weeks and still no tracking number. I emailed again and got a response that said to "give them time to look into it." I am done with this lousy customer service and am disputing the charges with my bank as I am really thinking this is a scam.
