It has been more than 2 WEEKS since I’ve placed my order, and they have not provided me with any shipping updates or ETA. I have followed up with them via email, and I have not received any response. My order was around $150, and l feel scammed.

UPDATE 02/25/23:
Bestpaintbynumbers is trying to flag my review to be taken down, so here is an update for you all. After no response from 2 of my emails, I submitted my complaint through the “Contact Us” portion of their website. Only THEN, did I get confirmation my order had shipped.
Then, when my order arrived, I found that the frame I had purchased for $50 was MISSING. Now I have to go through all these hoops to get ANOTHER response from them…HOPEFULLY… just so I can either get my frame or a refund. This whole experience has been RIDICULOUS.

UPDATE 03/05/23:
Do not trust when they say they will give you a refund. I FINALLY received a response that they will issue me the refund and I should wait 3 business days. Well, I’ve given them a whole week and still no update or refund. Just followed up with them. It will probably take another week for me to get another email. This company is a scam.

UPDATE 03/11/23:
As you can see from their message below, they said they were going to reach out to me 6 days ago… They never reached out to me. I’ve also emailed them again and have not received any response or refund.

UPDATE 04/24/2023:
Never got my refund and they are no longer responding to my emails. I spent $50 on a frame and its like they just took the money and ran. This is a scam website.

The painting turned out better than expected, so relaxing and enjoyable....not to mention the accolades I've received from family and friends!!!

I ordered my canvas in November and realized around the end of the year that I never received a notification that the order had shipped. I reached out to them via their website help page and I was told a couple days later that the picture I picked would not work (other websites that I have used in the past usually give you an error message when you try to order it. Here they did not reach out and just let me order linger). Now we are mid-February and I still have not received a shipment confirmation for my order. They tell me it has been delivered to a post office but the order was supposed to be delivered to my house and I never received any type of notification that my order was ready to pick up at a random post office. I am asking for a refund since last week but I am not getting any answers from them. I have been ordering paint by numbers the past 3 winters but used other websites. Never using this one again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY

I never received my order, confirmed that it was never delivered, and have spend a month trying to get either a refund or a re-order. I last heard from you all on 1/31 saying you would get back to me with next steps, and still nothing.

Update: once avain they have sent my tracking number, even though I have reported multiple times that the package was never delivered, and have followed up with USPS. I paid extra for packaging protection with them, and they have yet to initiate a refund or send me a new order after a month of trying to work with them.

2/15: received an email acknowledging I left this review, bit again, no action has been taken, and I have yet to receive a refund or a re-order.

“Paint by numbers” made a difficult job easy for me.

I have absolutely no idea how they got a decent rating! I’ve been trying to contact them for months on multiple channels. Not once have I got an order update nor a genuine response. Instead they’ve blocked me on social media! Your reply to this comment again is a lie - I receive multiple emails from your team regarding promos, and offers and have mailed you 8 times (just counted). Not once have you replied telling me about a photo error. I’ve also checked my order and the words “photo uploaded” are there. I was also able to download it…. Now you’ve asked for my order details, please take a look at your reply and try again!

After waiting over six weeks for the missing paint pods to arrive, they came today and they are the WRONG COLOR. The missing paint is number 1972 and the color they sent is 973. This is just ridiculous - now I suppose I have to wait another month to see if they can get it right this time - would not recommend

I ordered this originally as a Christmas gift, as Christmas was approaching I was trying to check the status and email them, didn't get much of a response finally it came just shy of my anniversary (01/29) the product itself seems to be okay although she hasn't started it yet, but the customer service was awful. I guess somewhere on their website it does say it's going to take a while to process for something but they do not like to give you precise answers on exactly what is going on with your order, if it is in shipping or if they are still working on it, you get smug vague responses if you get a response at all. The tracking service they have is also very nebulous and unspecific. Never dealing with these people again it was not worth the headache and honestly I was feeling like I was scammed given how hard they were to get a hold of until it finally showed up. If you must order from them I recommend giving them two or three months

Loved the product. Colors are very true.

The instructions make it easy. It’s turning out better than I expected. The brushes aren’t very good. I bought better quality brushes and lighted magnifying glass on an arm so I can see everything.

The colors in the painting did not match the photo I sent. They were darker and completely off. I reached out to the company almost two weeks ago. They asked me to send me a picture outlying my concerns. They have yet to respond, even after I sent a follow-up email.

*update below. Original first. I received a kit with hardened paint, as well as multiple numbers that were missing or illegible. I contacted the company who asked for a photo and it's been 4 days and I have not heard back (even with a follow up). Moreoever, the colours did not match my photo. I chose the option with the least amount of colours, so that may account for my last complaint, but it should not account for the illegible/missing numbers. I am still hoping to get a refund.
*Update: The company responded after I made a review and they said they are shipping me new paint. 5-15 business days shipping. Overall, I am not very satisfied with this service and would not use it again, but at least they are attempting to resolve it.

I love this product so much. The entire process was super fun and the end result came out amazing! I gifted a portrait to my boyfriend and he loves it. I can't wait to order more!

This website is a scam. Do not waste your money. I ordered a custom kit on December 1st and I couldn’t see a place to upload my photo. There should be a stop to even complete your order without one, but whatever. I emailed them and they told me to email them the photo, which I did. Then it was crickets. No response, no order number, nada. I kept emailing them. Finally on Christmas Eve, I had to send Amazon gift card to my niece instead because it never got sent. They finally told me their finance team was reviewing my case. What case? I paid for a product I didn’t get. A few emails later, then send me an email saying it was delivered on December 16th (it wasn’t) with the biggest load of crap tracking website. It didn’t say what carrier, include a tracking number or the address it was delivered to. It was all a crock. Go to a more reputable website. Very disappointing.
Reply to your reply: a reasonable solution would be for you to refund my money for the product I didn’t receive. Your flowery words said nothing.It’s not rocket science.

The picture came out great! It came with plenty of paints and they even sent an extra paintbrush set in addition to the 3 paintbrushes they promised. I was very glad to have the extra tiny paintbrushes as my picture had some incredibly small spaces to paint. I am also very glad the I purchased the wooden frame. Once the canvas was stretched on the frame it made it souch easier to paint. Well worth the extra price! It took almost 2 weeks to paint my picture, but my sister loved the painting of her favorite cat. She wants to do one now (and I would love to do it again too!)

SCAM!!!
I ordered 3 weeks ago and then had a question with no response. It shows that it is coming from china and “shipped” a few days after I ordered but is showing awaiting pickup. I emailed twice and got no response in 3 weeks, even though the automated email response said 3-4 days. Beware and find another company to purchase from.
Update: 1-9-23
I still have not received an email from your company. I noticed my package was in Las Angeles and only a few hours from me 3 days ago. Now it is showing out for delivery somewhere in New Zealand? Can I please get a refund for this order or send me my product.

If i could give this company no stars i would. I placed my order 11/29/2022. Order number is 102924. The shipping stated 10-15 business days. However it is now 12/28 and i still haven’t received my purchase. I needed this for a birthday gift 12/20. I reached out to them several times via email and phone( but you can’t talk to an actually person via phone) before a rep named Harold finally messaged me back 12/15 and claimed they shipped my order and provided me with tracking number that still is processing. Again, buyers beware, they are taking a lot of peoples’ money and not honoring the purchases.I asked for a refund but still no response. At this point i don’t even want the product or the money. They can keep it.

I absolutely loved the kit I got! The picture came out so beautiful!!
