I received this as a gift and was very excited about it. When I opened the package I realized many of the paints had not been closed properly before they were shipped, and were dried out as a result. I emailed the company to see about getting the dried paints replaced. I was asked to send several pictures to prove this, which I did, and after all that, I was told they would send me a link to pay them before they would replace anything. I obviously can’t complete the picture without the paints provided. Very disappointing. I would chose a company with better customer service.

Chris at paintbynumbers is great! I had trouble with my very first order and he fixed it in a timely, friendly fashion! I just ordered my second projects and got them in a very short time. I absolutely love doing these pictures of my grand babies!! I love crafting and painting and this is such a comforting addictive project for me!! You gotta get yours!!

Hi Chris 👋 I want to thank you and your team for the excellent service and reliability provided to me over the years. My last order was no exception and I'd like to acknowledge the time and effort you took to make sure the birds beak and cone were in the frame. I was aware of this and thought I'd paint ín part of the beak that was missing. Attention to detail on your part corrected this. It is the biggest painting I'm about to start and indeed the most intricate. I'm experimenting with different textures and loving it. As you know, I am a photographer, painting my photographs, which makes my work unique. Thanks to you and your team for giving me the base to work from, the rest is up to me but without the base I wouldn't be where I am now. I would post a copy of the waterfall I've recently finished, if I knew how to.

They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Staff is wonderful. My painting turned out really well, I love it. Very customer oriented!

This was my very first personalized paint by number canvas! I am a painter, but I cannot paint faces. This I thought this was a way to be able to paint the faces of my loved ones. I chose, as my very first one, my son and his new wife kissing in front of the Eiffel Tower after their marriage in Paris. For my next personalized paint by number I will choose something maybe a little less detailed and I will take pictures of the canvas before I start. Some of the details are very small. It took me a little bit to get used to the acrylic paints, but it all came together and looks absolutely beautiful! I cannot wait to give it to them as a housewarming present.

My paint by number kit was a custom kit from a photo of my parents. The likeness of the photo to the canvas was excellent. It was easy to paint because the cells weren’t too small.

I was so pleased with my purchase from Best Paint By Numbers. They were able to capture the photo of my dog so well that my painting actually looks real. The canvas was rolled so there were no folds to be ironed, the paint was fresh and the instructions very clear. I definitely do not have any artistic talent but this prpject made me feel like an artist. I just received another kit from them and am currently working on a painting of our other dog.

I reached out to you about an issue I had with my canvas and you were prompt in answering my email and within a day you had resolved the problem with no hesitation!

I have done several custom paintings and all but one has 2 have been accurate in color. They have been willing to work with the colors and re-do this project. Thank you!

I’m still working on my first painting but so far it has been fantastic. I can’t wait to finish and start in my next.

Excellent customer service when I had a question. So easy and user friendly. Looked so much like the picture- will definitely be buying these as gifts!!

Paint by numbers is an experience you either love it or hate it. Under a magnifying glass it looks like crap but when you take it away the finished touch is amazing. I have painted 6 dogs for friends since Xmas and the tears and joy that come is well worth all the effort.
Sometimes I look at the painting as I progress and I wonder were they got the colours from, some paints are smooth others thick and the number and colour chart do not match which can be confusing. Other wise you do a good job .

I ordered my first Best Paint By Number kit while recovering from knee surgery. It was so therapeutic and I love how my painting came out. It was a picture of one of my dogs and it is beautiful. I was so pleased that I ordered a second kit immediately so that I could paint my other dog. I can’t wait to get started!

Just finished my first paint by numbers and am about to start the next one! I loved it so much I missed not having one to do while I was waiting to start the second. The match to the picture was fabulous, as were the colours supplied. Will be doing many more!

I sent Bestpaintbynumbers a photo and they did an incredible job? The painting of the photo was exactly like the picture. I was so excited! And I also contacted them by phone to let them know that one of my paint pots had dried up. And they sent me 2 new pots of that color. Thank you Bestpaintbynumber. The package has always come complete. The canvas looks like the original picture. Lots of fun and beautiful when completed

Most paint by number venues are limited in what they offer. Best paint by numbers took a picture of something I really wanted to do as a paint by number project. More importantly, I enjoyed the project more bc I was eager to see if the finished product looked like the picture. It turned out AWESOME!!!!
