I registered at Betcoin.ag in February 2026 and deposited my own funds (no bonuses used). After making a few successful sports bets and winning, the casino completely closed my account with over 400 euros in March 2026 without any warning or explanation.

I was never asked for KYC/verification before, and I am fully willing to verify my identity, but the support has completely ghosted me and is refusing to answer my emails. They are simply withholding my deposits and winnings.

Betcoin.ag is a scam website. As soon as I won and requested a withdrawal of my 1,210 USDT, they immediately blocked my account. I deposited my own pure crypto balance, did NOT claim any bonuses or promotions, and only placed a total of 3 regular bets.

I voluntarily sent them my complete KYC documents, but their support replied with an extremely arrogant email, stating that I am a "cheater" and that they would withhold my funds for up to 60 days. I have violated absolutely no rules, the casino simply refuses to pay out legitimate winners.

Stay away from this site if you don't want to lose your money! I am already resolving this publicly via Casino Guru and the Bitcointalk forum.

I dont know how to call the experience with the company. Had made several deposits and succesful withdrawals,so i never thought i would receive a punch on my face like this. I was playing freely and keeping balance on my account without the fear of being robed. Won some bets lately and i noticed my account had been limited so, being frustraded about the limitations, i decided to withdraw the balance. After noticing a delay in my withdraw i try to login and see my account was blocked. They asked to send an email but since them no response, never.Sent several emails no one respondes.about 450usdc in balance and no response,no reason for account blocking nothing.If you dont call this proffesional thieves and scammers, tell me what it is. I used this site for about a week, and as long as I was losing all my bets, everything was great. I kept topping up my balance. As soon as I won a few bets and requested a withdrawal for half of my balance, my payout wasn't confirmed all day. I contacted support, and they asked me to go through verification. I completed it, and my account was immediately blocked without any explanation.

I lost $1,100, of which about $650 was my deposit. What’s surprising is that I can't even log into my account to take screenshots of my deposits and bets... However, I do have one screenshot that I took for their support, and I will try to warn the community.

Account blocked after winning a couple hundred euros. No Info given. Nothing. Just pure scam

Been with Betcoin a few months and never had any issues. Offer a wide variety of sports and slots and the withdrawals are always very quick.

I opened an account with Betcoin.ag, made a deposit in USDT, and started betting. Some bets lost, most won, and my balance reached around 700 USDC.

At that point I decided to withdraw 50 USDC.

The withdrawal appeared as pending approval. I received no confirmation email or notification that the withdrawal had even been initiated.

After waiting, I contacted live chat. I was told withdrawals could take up to 24 hours. I accepted that and waited.

A few hours later, when I tried to log back in, my account had been blocked.

I contacted support immediately asking for an explanation. Instead of explaining why my account had been blocked, they simply told me to send an email.

I sent the email exactly as requested.

No reply.

I returned to live chat and explained that I had already emailed support and that my account remained blocked. Again, I was told to send an email. No explanation. No clarification. No meaningful response.

I sent further emails.

They were ignored.

At that point the situation was simple: deposit made, bets placed, winnings accumulated, withdrawal requested, account blocked, emails ignored.

Only after I raised the issue publicly on BitcoinTalk did they suddenly become very active.

Instead of addressing the actual sequence of events, they began making accusations — claiming prior account activity, XP transfers, multiple accounts, and calling me a “cheater.”

Despite repeating those accusations publicly, they never produced any actual evidence. No account linkage, no timestamps, no logs, no betting history, and no concrete proof of any specific rule violation.

What was especially concerning was that the explanations kept changing. First it was an investigation. Then it became prior activity. Then multiple accounts. Then they declared the dispute closed.

The most shocking part was seeing them publicly state that my balance could be put into a raffle for the community.

That says a lot.

Instead of professional dispute handling, what I experienced was this: once I tried to withdraw after winning, my account was blocked, my emails were ignored, and only when the matter became public did the insults and accusations begin.

A serious operator should be able to clearly explain why funds are restricted and provide evidence to support that decision.

That never happened here.

Scammish behaviour. I registered on their site 4 days ago, placed 2 bets. 2 days ago i wanted to login. It says that my account was blocked.

I write on their email support - they replied : Hello, please complete the following verification of your unique identity and location from the same device and connection used to place bets, within the next 4 hours

They sent me this email 23:18 when I was sleeping!!! Now refusing to communicate with me. So I lost deposit and all my winnings from my 2 bets, avoid them, its scam.

Betcoin.ag has quickly became my favorite betting site, they distinguish themself from other competitors in all contentious aspects.

They are a trusted name in an industry which is known for scams, and they offer strong and feasible bonuses when other sites offer ones with silly wagering requirements that can never be fulfilled.

The only drawback I can think of is slower withdrawals compared to instant withdrawals offered by some other sites in the space, still it is a small drawback only, and the timings for withdrawals are still good in general.

The site used to be much better... many more lines and games to play. Now the website seems robotic, clunkier and harder to use. The bonuses and rewards have gotten slashed aswell. I used to get many more perks before the website changed but overall I still enjoy the site. Theyve taken a step back but still remain a decent place to play at.

My first withdrawal was approved and processed. However, when attempting to withdraw the remaining balance, my account was suddenly blocked and I was accused of “sportsbook abuse”.

The support team has been extremely unprofessional and even called me a “scammer” in their emails.

I asked which specific clause of the Terms of Service I violated but they refused to explain and instead told me they could hold my funds for up to 60 days.

What is even more concerning is that Betcoin’s Terms of Service directs players to submit complaints to the Curacao Gaming Authority.

However, when contacting the provided email addresses, I received automatic responses stating that Gaming Curaçao has ceased operations since August 18th 2024.

This means the official complaint procedure referenced in their Terms is no longer functional.

I am now left with no regulator and a bookmaker refusing to release my funds.

Eviten esta estafa por favor, ahora entiendo porque tienen una puntuacion tan alta, ya que denuncian todas las reseñas negativas que evidencian la verdad de lo que son, ( como lo hacen conmigo) se vanaglorian de llevar 13 años en la industria pero lo unico que hacen es esperar que deposites para retener tu dinero.
Cuento mi caso: registre mi cuenta hace aproximadamente 6 semanas (que por cierto no te pide ningun dato, solo correo obviamente no se molestan en conocerte porque lo unico que quieren es que tu proceso de deposito sea facil y poder quedarse con tu dinero) hago mi deposito de dinero y realizo algunas apuestas (se supone que es un sitio para eso), al otro dia intento apostar y sale un error, contacto a su equipo y no me dan ninguna solucion, solo un correo que parece fantasma porque por mas que les escribi nunca recibi una respuesta, mas tarde intento ingresar a mi cuenta y ya no me lo permite, intento nuevamente contactarme a traves de un ticket, el cual tampoco hoy casi 6 semanas despues ha obtenido respuesta,
hace 2 semanas, cansado de esperar, trato de comunicarme nuevamente por correo y por chat y no hay absolutamente ninguna respuesta.
