Retroactively voided all my bets at a 1:1 rate
My experience with Betcoin Casino was extremely negative.
After regular gameplay, my account balance reached approximately $270. During this time, I placed sports bets and also played casino games (slots). All wagers were accepted without any issues.
When I requested a withdrawal, Betcoin suddenly claimed a “violation regarding location” and retroactively voided all my bets at a 1:1 rate. As a result, my balance was reduced from about $270 to only my original $50 deposit.
Key points:
• Balance before withdrawal request: ~$270
• Balance after Betcoin’s decision: $50
• Bets included both sports betting and slot gameplay
• No VPN or location-masking tools were used
• I was physically located in Poland, which is not a restricted country
The alleged “location violation” was raised only after I requested a withdrawal. No issues were mentioned while deposits were accepted and bets were placed.
Voiding an earned balance after gameplay has been completed is unfair and misleading. Regardless of internal policies, cancelling legitimate winnings only at the withdrawal stage seriously undermines trust in this casino.
Players should be aware that Betcoin may retroactively cancel bets and remove balances after a withdrawal request.
