kam nur in englischer Sprache, wurde von mir reklamiert bzw. Rücksendung beantragt, leider alles nicht akzeptiert, meine Bestellung wurde überhaupt nicht aufgefunden, wahrlich nicht empfehlenswert!
Produkt nicht im Einsatz da keine Englischkenntnisse vorhanden und scheinbar keine Beschreibung in Deutsch vorhanden!

THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS ON THEIR OWN SITE. THIS COMPANY MUST BE A SCAM.

Purchased an OTC Hearing Aid from a web ad on Facebook. Their website ad is misleading and the company is a scam. Do not buy from them. I tried to cancel the order a few hours after making the purchase but they told me it had already shipped which it had not shipped yet according to the tracking. Their website site states you can return. You can’t!
The quality of this devise is very poor. Voices are scrambled with static and even at the lowest volume they are way too loud.
Read the reviews before you purchase. Don’t get scammed like I did.
Don’t waste your money on this cheap Chinese scam.

Paid $186.00 to include the upgrade. Hearing aids received fine and well packed. Opened VERY carefully to preserve any packing. I have poor hearing but the advertised guarantee seemed OK. Having tried the aids for a week or so (and well within the 90 day guarantee) I was not satisfied because they were actually worse than my current NHS aids. On contacting the company I was informed that the guarantee would NOT apply because I had opened them!!! The company offer $10 as a "goodwill compensation" and stated that I did not need to return them at my expense. They then raised their offer to $58.00. DO NOT EXPECT ANY GUARANTEE TO BE HONOURED BY THIS COMPANY! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THESE AT ALL!

I bought these a couple of months ago but they have not been working for the last 2 weeks they are charging but no hearing from the aids nothing at all it's like they just stopped working so much for a great hearing aid j foster 39 Osborne crescent dumfries

I have not received anything yet. Please return my money

Despite reasonable reason for not wanting these hearing aids I have not been refunded even though I advised them 12 hours after paying for them. I have no use for the hearing aids and already have top of the line hearing aids worth $6000.00. The advertising promises are not true. I asked them to stop the order and the response is - “it’s already on its way”. Yet received a message the next day saying my product was being packaged.
Don’t be an idiot like me. Don’t fall for the advertising promising something they can not deliver. The customer service is terrible.

It was good to be able to get honest reviews on a product. In my case hearing aids. I very nearly bought these and think I would probably have regretted my decision to do so.

Do not buy them! The hearing aids are terrible. They do not work! They magnify the sound slightly that's all, but you can't hear anything as there's constant, awful feedback. When I contacted them to return the hearing aids as per their 90 day money back guarantee, not to mention the fact that they're useless, they just offered me a swap for something else. Then they just didn't reply to my emails. They would not give me a return at all. I contacted my bank as it being misleading and also my rights under the 14 day distance selling regulations, not to mention their money back guarantee and the bank took it up with the company on my behalf and refunded me the money. Don't believe the advert and definitely don't get sucked in!

Ordered. Not suitable but because I had tried it??? They would not accept return and eventually only offered 30percent refund which I am still waiting for. Do not get sucked in.

I watched an entire video about Better hearing aides and they seemed like a legitimate company with a good return policy. I was ordering the basic model and then of course they came back with the much better upgrade offer. From what they said, they were far better so I did the upgrade, not realizing they would charge me for the original plus the upgrade. When I saw this invoice come through, I immediately contacted them saying that I could not afford that and to cancel my order. I am a senior on a fixed income. Of course, I got an email back stating that they had already filled my order and it was on the way. I knew this could not have been done that quickly but was informed that there was nothing that could be done. I would not have ever opened them had they not assured people in their video about the wonderful policy about their 90 day no questions asked policy. This was on May 2, 2025. I was charged $108.95 and then $297.00 for a total of $405.95. As I said, I am on a fixed income and these
were totally not acceptable. My ear is small and they wouldn't even fit in my ear. I have emailed them numerous times, at least 8 to 10 times and all they will offer me is a 30% refund basically about $120. I feel like this was all misleading and somewhat of a scam! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else like it has happened to me. This is very upsetting. There is no phone number or website. Please be aware!!

This product just doesn't work. Reverberation and feedback is constant. Don't believe their money back guarantee, they won't pay. The product at around £80 is below the credit card guarantee so you can't use that either. AVOID

Scam? If it sounds too good to be true...
The advert has a few "genuine" customers reviewing their product. Unfortunately they have just used copy and paste for 2 different people. So I came here to see the reviews.
A bit if a different story here, more honest reviews.

I need to return product as I have found that as i suffer from essential tremor I am unable to insert them correctly. I have tried contactig the email address and rang the telephone numbers on the packing but they do not connect. many google attempts to find working email and phone numbers But all attempts have ended and non connection. I have wasted my time dont waste yours avoid them

I have bought and received hearing aids fron Better Hearing / Healthlifetech.com. More fool me. The claims made in their adverts appear to be bogus and the promise of money back, if not satisfied, also appears unachievable. There are no valid means of contacting the 'company' directly to complain or get your money back. There were too many 'red flag' warning signs (after having made the purchase) that made me suspicious, so do not be fooled by request to 'upgrade while the offer lasts'. In fairness, they did send me the hearing aids, so I suppose they have at least complied with that part of the deal.

There are problems with the rechargeable hearing aids that I purchased and the help email address of the company is not operating. I advise to not use this companies product as they are not contactable after purchase.

The product does not do what they say

I have just been told by Better Hearing that they are in the midst of a scam. It is the innocent party so I have put it in the hands of my bank. Beware of ordering hearing aids on the Internet.

Interesting advert about a rechargeable hearing aid for £79.00.
However, I think it is very suspect!!!
I sent questions to betterhearing support e mail. It is stuck in out box, saying: sending!? It has not sent it !!!
There is no physical address or phone number in the contact us tab.

I have a free NHS hearing test, aid, batteries which last for 2 weeks, and frequency range
adjustments by a trained NHS technician, updated at least every year.
I think, think three times before putting down your credit card details!!!
Better safe than sorry. Be also aware that some credit cards may not refund if the problem payment is less than £100.00.
