I have been loyal to our previous vet for 18+ years and loved the care they provided, but our girl needed a lower stress option and I am so glad we called BetterVet. The team was great from the initial chat and intake, to scheduling, to the visit later that same day. They were kind, patient, professional and respectful of my elderly and anxious dog's space and emotional state. I didn't realize how stressful it had become to take my dog to our traditional vet until this visit by BetterVet... It removed so much tension from both me and my dog. I can't recommend Dr. Elkins and Neff highly enough.

It was a very pleasant experience! Dr. Kate and her assistant came in, our dog took right to her. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us alot of good information. She had wrote my son (the dog owner) a note and followed up with an email summary of our visit. I have not had a dog in over 20 years and this was so much better than having to chase the dog around, drag her to the car and dealing with my anxiety and hers in the waiting room. I really appreciated the compassion and professionalism of the veterinary team that examined my beloved companion. The service was easy to schedule, medications administered, bloodwork taken, and it all was over before my cat could hold a grudge over it like she usually does at a vet clinic. My cat is 12 years old and has a carrier phobia from being rescued. This was an easier vet visit that we’re used to.

U just don't know the hassel of getting two dogs to the Vet, standing in line to checkin, filling out forms all the while keeping your dog calm and away from other pefs. It's a headache.
