This has been quite the terrible experience - your merge has sucked as far as communication, you communicated that my info would merge to ASCA - alas it did not. You guys sure communicate but you have no follow thru, no customer service. You act like your helping, but you have no accountability or do you follow up at all. Very disappointed. Getting all my previous reports in order to leave
I’m just trying to get all my previous reports into a format to submit to OFA. I’m not happy with the direction paw print is going and will likely no longer utilize this company for my DNA testing. I’m very sad to leave because paw print used to be the best and most reliable out there. Recently it is NOT.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. So wonderful talking to a real and knowledgeable person to get advice on how (and which tests I needed for the info i wanted) to order from the a la carte menu. Recieve the test quickly. The instructions are clear and very detailed which was great.
