Extremely Disappointing Experience with Parentage DNA Testing
I ordered an expedited parentage DNA test back in February, and now, at the beginning of April, I'm facing a nightmare. I was informed that all 12 tests need to be resubmitted due to a transition to a new company. To make matters worse, I'm required to create a new account on their new website.
While I was told I could get a refund for the test itself, they are not covering the extra shipping costs I paid. This means I have to start the entire process all over again, which is incredibly frustrating.
To add insult to injury, they were able to provide the sires' information over the phone but refused to send a printout, insisting that I must go through the new company for that as well.
This whole ordeal has been a horrible experience, especially since I needed these tests for a dual-sired litter registration. The delays have caused significant issues, as some of the puppies are now out of state.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for DNA testing services.

Shipping the kit to me was prompt and…
Shipping the kit to me was prompt and really quick. The report was great and thorough, but it took way too long to get there. First, the lab needed 4 business days to acknowledge the receipt and only then the testing period of estimated 14 business days started. A day before the estimated delivery date I was informed the lab was behind and it would take a few additional days. That whole process was disappointing.

Helpful staff
Helpful staff let me know the sample I had submitted two years ago had degraded and could not be used, they gave me lots of information on how to get another sample done (I’m in Australia) and sent correctly.

Backup DNA collection kit
Received collection kits in a timely manner. I like having a backup collection kit included that collects with a different applicator.
Decent turnaround time. I like having tests in a package deal for less money.

I have been using PPG for many years now because the prices are very reasonable and turn around time has been great. I have always been kept up to date on any new tests that become available for the Labrador Retriever and when I receive the results they are complete with easy to read and understand interpretations.

Paw Print did a fantastic job with my Dogs Genetic testing. When there was not enough sample in my submissions to complete all the tests I wanted done, they sent out another kit to me at no expense and completed all the tests I ordered. Well Done!!
