The lady I spoke to was very helpful and polite and made me feel at ease because I don’t like talking on the phone she helped by taking my order instead of being sent to your website where I know I would of panicked and not made an order and to me that was great customer service.

Product arrived as promised and well packaged

I live on a hill along a coastal path, it's important to have a scooter that can handle 1/15 inclines with the safety of a draw bar which will save you from tipping backwards if you hit. a bump. I took my time researching mobility scooters before I plucked up the courage to order my Ren with the additional security of a 14 day trial, it arrived in less than 24 hours.

Recently purchased the Ren scooter. Fantastic service. Prompt delivery.
The scooter is well made and easy to use. It is also good on the eye and had so many comments on it.

Honestly this has been the best service over the Internet in my life. The Lupin scooter has been the best I could get.

I ordered the Lupin mobility scooter for the 14 day trial. The purchase process was a pleasant experience - friendly and helpful. The scooter is fabulous and really good value for money. Sadly, because my muscle disorder affects my fingers as well as my legs, I did not feel that I could safely operate the brake and needed to return the scooter. The return process was just as trouble-free as the purchase and the person whom I contacted was just as helpful and friendly. I received acknowledgement of the return and a full refund was received within a few days. No delivery costs; no returns cost. I cannot speak too highly of this company. This is how online trading should be.

I brought a zinnia scooter as it was described as Plane friendly, after speaking to the Jet 2 special assistance rep it turns out it’s too big so I can’t take it on holiday with me which was one of the main reasons for buying it (apparently the batteries are so I can take my batteries with me just not the scooter 🙄).
Also not long after having the handle fell off which controls the driving (forwards or backwards) leaving me stuck had to get a taxi home. Luckily it happened when I was at a coffee shop not in the middle of the park which is the way I go home then I’d have been really in trouble, now I’m scared to drive it again incase happens again (I will keep an Alan key with me every time I do though as this was what was needed to fix it)
All in all delivery was fast, I got an answer to my handle problem pretty quick but very disappointed with the plane problem and handle falling off problem so only 2 stars from me.

Great speed of delivery and 14 days to try the scooter. The Lupin is a super piece of kit and very easy to fold and light enough to lift into my camper van. No need for ramps any more.
