I contacted a policy adviser called Spencer he was a great communicator and was very respectful in his assistance in renewing my policy . As I’m an older driving instructor he was very straight and acknowledged my experience in my job and good driving record so no nonsense was given to me .Id go as to say he’s an asset to the insurance broker . Top Job .

Put a none fault claim down as a fault claim, over charged me 2 years in a row. Passed from pillar to post over and over again to try and get it sorted, never refunded for over paying. Terrible company

To whom it may concern I had an amazing encounter yet again with BG INSURANCE.
Straight to the point and all the answers to the many questions I was asking just made the whole process smooth. I wasn’t expecting anything less.
On this occasion I was being aided by Spencer Andrew.
I would say that Spencer was very respectful and patient with me especially as it was a very busy period and i missed a few calls, I requested that Spencer try to see past this and keep trying if this should happen. Spencer wished me a happy Eid and very engaging conversation as we waited for the technical side of things.
A pleasant experience as always!

My dealings with BG in the last 3 years have been 1st class, but this year I feel the service has dropped in performance….several times no one came back to me when they said they would and i didn’t get an answer for almost 10 days
