Random email out of the blue saying that your records show my CONVICTED DRIVER INSURANCE is up for renewal.

1. Ive NEVER been a customer with you!!
2. Ive NEVER had a motoring conviction in 35 years.
3. The only "offence" ever was one parking fine for staying too long in a car park.

I find this random email very insulting and would love to know why you think that as an ADI I would need my (never had) convicted driver insurance renewing. How did you arrive at the conclusion that I am a CONVICTED DRIVER.
