An awful company and very low-quality products, it took more than two weeks to ship the items. This while it was showing as shipped from the 2nd day of purchase. Very little pigment in the product, they look nice in the box only. No Return policy all sales are finals. An awful experience will never buy from them, please stay away from the company with no customer service and lowest quality product. I made miske please do not make the same mistake and stay away.

Ware super, ansonsten katastrophal. Retouren werden nicht an Klarna weitergeleitet, sodass man dort per Inkasso belästigt wird.

I’m only giving one star because I have to! They really deserve 0 stars! Worst shipping and customer service EVER! I placed my order on 7/7/20 and here we are 7/20/20, and I still have no product! They sent me tracking info, but when you click it says shipping label created, but no shipping info because they haven’t shipped my products! They’re using the pandemic as an excuse for their poor shipping and customer service! Don’t waste your money! Go elsewhere! I ordered from glow recipe on 7/17/20 and already received my products. I also ordered from express on the same day as Bh cosmetics, and received that order as well! Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

I almost didn’t buy from their website because of all the bad reviews but I’m glad I did. All of my stuff was delivered neatly and safe. I got constant updates on my package and it actually arrived 2 days before the delivery date which was about a week after I ordered. I will say that their lipstick shade is different in person than it is online but I still like the colors

I placed an order April 21st 2020 & today is May 21st & have yet to receive a tracking number or my package but best believe they took my money the same day I placed it. I’ve reached out & have not received a response & when I call they say they’re not taking calls.
So untrustworthy & unprofessional. Crooks.

For the price that I paid, would not shop there again. I found the makeup to be patchy and the packaging was really cheap (like dollar store packaging cheap)
I had much higher expectations and bought Colourpop products at the same time and was blown away by them. Don't waste your money.

Ich habe eine Bestellung bei BH Cosmetics aufgegeben. Lange Zeit keinen erreicht wegen der Rücksendung. habe nicht gewusst, dass die Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten geht.Nachdem ich dann endlich jemanden erreichen konnte wurde mir gesagt, dass die Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten geschehen muss.
Habe dann die Ware zurückgesendet und eine Mail erhalten, dass die 14 tätige Frist abgelaufen sei und die Waren alle schon benutzt wären und sie mir das Paket zurücksenden.
Die Artikel sind nicht benutzt.Habe das paket ein 2. mal nicht angenommen.Habe den Fall jetzt meinem Anwalt übergeben und werde bei diesem Unternehmen nie wieder weder online noch in Geschäften einkaufen.Der anscheinende "Kundenservice" ist total unfreundlich und nicht kundenfreundlich, eine absolute Frechheit.

Ich habe etwas auf der Website gekauft und sofort Bezahlt, die Ware ist bis heute nicht angekommen. Inzwischen habe ich woanders noch bestellt und alles ist eingetroffen. Mein Fazit NIE WIEDER und meine Verwandten bestellen jetzt auch nicht mehr dort. Auskunft vom Kundenservice sehr labidar und schwammig. Geht gar nicht.

Tolle Produkte und toller Kundenservice. Bin super zufrieden. Wird wohl meine top Marke in Sachen Lidschatten :)

I ordered over $100 worth of products and was so excited about the quality. I got to my items and saw some were missing so I looked to see if it was being shipped separately. No, it was in that box according to the packing slip. I email customer service and go back to work only to find out they keep waiting 3 to 4 days to respond then respond with a run around. Then finally confirmed my missing items and STILL left some off the confirmation. I emailed back 2x with no response. It's been THREE weeks trying to get my items I paid for and am so irritated and so disappointed at this point. Still haven't gotten my items. I really wanted to order more items but how can I do that when they haven't even sent my missing items smh. How can I leave a positive review? I'm putting 1 star on every item I bought and leaving same review because they ruined my whole experience. Not only that but some items were Christmas presents. ronireneekashie at Yahoo dot com

Absolutely disgraceful level of customer service. Wish I had read the reviews first. Made a purchase, realised I had ordered the wrong item within minutes contacted customer services, who replied straight away and said I couldn’t change my order. Asked if I could cancel, no reply, asked again, no reply, asked again, no reply. Then an email saying my item was being sent out. Asked again why my order had not be cancelled, straight away replied to say they were so quick to send items that once ordered they could not be cancelled and that they don’t accept returns. What a joke of a company.

I really wish I had read the reviews, I had a similar bad experience. The customer service is terrible, which they know and don't care. My order was marked as delivered, which it wasn't. I contacted the company and it took a week to respond. The company's response was basically that it says it's been delivered and so it's not their problem anymore. They told me to take it up with the USPS. If you do order from this terrible company, just remember that they'll take your money and it's your problem of whether or not you receive what you paid for.

Awful customer service. Just like other reviews, they were quick to take my money but super slow to ship. I live only 2 hours away from their headquarters/warehouse and it took 2 weeks to receive my order. Their delivery information is inaccurate and misleading. Tho their product is good, I would much rather support a company that actually cares about their customers.

I love all their products I've tried, sometimes the eyeshadows require a little more blending, but the pigment is there!!!

Delivery information is in accurate and see the seller indicates I have to continue to wait despite the courier being a seller selected company. The seller selected the courier for delivery on items I purchased and paid for. Tracking information shows delivery yesterday, however no package was received at the delivery address on file. A CS rep told me today they need to file a claim against Fed Ex and until THEIR issue is resolved, I have to continue to wait. Also, I have to follow up with them, instead of them providing updates, in 8-10 days to find out when / if I will receive the products I paid for nearly 2 weeks ago! So, they have my money, I have no products, and I have to wait for their insurance claim with fed ex to be resolved (and I have to follow up with them for status) before anything can be done to resolve my issues. Clearly THEIR money and satisfaction with the courier THEY hired is more important than that of the customer who has paid THEM for product.

i would like to rate 0 i did order 82 dollar make up for my wife now is 24 days still not arrive after research i found this company in china just tricking people they are from los Angeles its from china to ca and they send,t to you even i ask money back they never respond and i call paypal to get my money back need to wait another one month

Extremely bad customer service mo response bia email what so ever! My parcel has gone missing BH not responding and the courier FedEx is a JOKE! They've my parcel to god knows who and claimed the items have been delivered! Seeing all the messages below wish I had check these reviews before I would not have ordered from them at all. I just want my hard earned money back!

Perfekter Onlineshop. Ich habe im Sale ordentlich zugeschlagen, damit ich über 75$ komme, denn dann ist der Versand nach Deutschland kostenlos. Viele Paletten haben teilweise nur die Hälfte gekostet, als wie im deutschen Bh Cosmetics Shop. Trotz Zollgebühren hab ich immer noch weniger bezahlt, als hätte ich das ganze in Deutschland gekauft, weil alles mindestens 8-10Eur weniger gekostet hat. Ein Pinselset habe ich für 9,99$ statt 27,99€ (deutscher Shop) bekommen und die Qualität ist super. Ich würde jederzeit den amerikanischen Shop dem deutschen Shop vorziehen, denn den Sale in Deutschland kann man vergessen... Geliefert wurde per FedEx und ich habe sofort nach dem versenden eine Mail mit einem Link zur Sendung bekommen, so dass ich jederzeit wusste, wo mein Paket ist und nach 6 Tagen wurde schon geliefert. 3 Tage vor Lieferung bekam ich per Mail eine Zusage, wann zugestellt wird und am Tag der Zustellung habe ich nochmal eine Benachrichtigung bekommen. Top Service. Bezahlen(Mehrwertsteuer) musste ich an der Haustür nichts, das soll laut Internet dann per Rechnung kommen.

Verpackt war das ganze super mit Polsterfolie und ordentlich Papier. Alle Paletten sind heil angekommen und ich bekam noch eine Testprobe Foundation gratis.

Recently I left a very bad review because my order was lost in shipping and I had to file a claim. I have since then deleted my comment. Today I received my shipment (all of it), and nothing was broken or damaged. The products are amazing, and if it wasn't for the timely delivery I would rate them 5 stars. I'm so in love with my eyeshadow palettes 😍.
