Excellent product! Fast delivery time!

I love this line of cosmetics. I’ve tried just about every brand in existence, minus a few of the expensive ones. BH Cosmetics has always and probably always will be my go to Cosmetics line, due to their pricing, customer service, product quality, and transparency. It’s a combination of a lot of things!

Easily some of the most unanimously beautiful cosmetics money can buy. In my honest opinion, BH Cosmetics is worlds beyond Kylie Cosmetics. The packaging, pricing, and quality of brushes + makeup far exceeds other brands.

BH Cosmetics always delivers quality products that are packaged securely and efficiently. Moreover, I’ve always received the correct products. I find the products to be effective too! I find this makeup to fit my needs better than most other products on the marketplace. They definitely have my recommendation.

Back in May my daughter ordered the Take me back to Brazil pallet for me for Mother’s Day and is wa great, came on time all good. So the second week of July I ordered the Duo light hightlight pallet, it was 19.95 free shipping. Said it would take two business days. I ordered it on a Friday was expecting it by that Tuesday well no. I get a text message saying I would get it until Thursday July 24. When I did receive it, it was all broken up and crumbly. I took pictures and asked for a replacement. They said not to send it back and my replacement would ship in 3 or four business days. That was August 8th. The next week went by I didn’t hear anything from them. So I sent an email asking about my product, they replied with a tracking number saying it had shipped and should be on it’s way. I then received a text today August 16 saying that my product will not arrived until August 24th. This is such s shame

Fast shipping, products arrived well wrapped and protected. I have ordered from them several times and have loved everything I've purchased.

I ordered 5 items and only recieved two. When I contacted customer service and sent them pictures of the packing slip and shipping label they said they could not refund my purchase because I did not save the empty box. There was no apology either. When I started to complain they hanged up on me. Only after I went through Paypal did they suddenly backpedal and say, yes, of course they would refund the missing items as the shipping label clearly showed that not everything had been sent.

Good price, good quality and fantastic service. I'm always ordering from them.

Habe über die Website 2 Paletten bestellt, leider kamen diese nie bei mir an. Fast 2 Monate dauerte nun der Prozess, das ich mein Geld zurück bekomme, da immer wieder ausreden gefunden wurden. Werde nie wieder über die Amerikanische Seite bestellen, unzuverlässig durch und durch.
Da ich mit den Produkten an sich zufrieden bin, die ich bereits von bh cosmetics besitze der 2 Stern.

Overcharged double what I agreed to pay then refused to refund what was owed. $90 for cheap Chinese product is unacceptable. Don’t buy from them if you want to risk some unknown amount coming from your bank account.

BH Cosmetics I will remove once you refund me.

never order from here, they will take your moey and never give you the products. and in addition to that you get no refund

I ordered over $100 worth of items in November of 2017. It took over a month to receive my items. I emailed and called numerous times about my package and they only answered me after I commented on their instagram page and other people were commenting about their terrible service as well. They lied several times about when my package would be shipped. They told me in November it would be shipped and it didn't ship until December 15th. I asked for a refund and they told me the only way I'd get one is to refuse the package upon delivery. Terrible customer service. They lost a very loyal customer.

I have ordered from BH cosmetics 3 times. The first two went off without a hitch, but this third time is unexcuseable. My package was a month late, I didn't get all of my items, and I'm very upset! My package was supposed to get here (at the latest) September 20th. I didn't recieve my package until October 4th. The tracking number didn't work, so I emailed customer service about it when my package didn't show up by the 22nd of September. I didn't get a response back, but I did get an email with a new tracking number that actually worked.

Ignoring the fact that my package came a month late, I am upset to not have two of my items. I ordered two of the Glitter Eyeliners in Synergy and didn't recieve them. Apparently they over sold the item, and didn't have any in stock to send to me. You think they would email me to let me know so that I don't have to find out when my order arrives. In the box came a note explaining that they over sold the item, so I guess that's something.

But I think the most irritating thing is that the glitter eyeliner isn't even listed on the site anymore, so even if I was going to order from them again, I still can't get the missing item.

really love this company and order from them all the time, only thing is shipping to Australia is really expensive, other wise great quality and their eye shadows and matte liquid lipsticks are long lasting and amazing
