Quality & unexpected details
The level of quality was beyond what I expected, and I expected a lot. All of the items are beautifully made and the little details like the embroidery stitch on the pillowcase were unexpected but make it feel even more special.
Love that everything is organic and feels soft but still breathable.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Communication
I placed my order with Bhumi over two weeks ago and unfortunately I still have not received it. I have attempted to contact the company four times through their online contact form, as well as via the mobile number provided, and I have received no response or update regarding my order.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service, especially after spending hundreds of dollars on my purchase. To date, I have not received any tracking information, updates, or acknowledgement from the company.
This experience has been very frustrating and has left me with little confidence in ordering from Bhumi again. If I do not receive my order or a response soon, I will need to escalate the matter further with a formal complaint.

False Advertising and Shabby Customer Service
The shopping cart showed I'd be receiving 3 free garments which never arrived. Seeing this actually encouraged me to buy the one item I'd chosen as it was a good bonus. When I made enquires the reply told me I had misunderstood. The bundle I bought had 3 items. I had taken a photo of the page and in a return email I pointed out that the summary showed I'd be receiving 4 items including the bundle I selected as 1 item plus the 3 free items... equalling 4 items. .... and I haven't heard from them since. So BEWARE there is nothing FREE here and I see that as false advertising as it encouraged me to buy because I'd be receiving the extra items. Zero customer service follow-up.

Soft, breathable and SO comfortable!
I’ve been trying to be more intentional about choosing natural, non synthetic fabrics lately, so I was really excited to try Bhumi! The first thing I noticed was how incredibly soft and breathable everything felt. The oversized tee especially is so comfortable, lightweight, cozy and the kind of shirt you could honestly sleep in.😍
I also really appreciate Bhumi’s focus on organic cotton and sustainable living. You can genuinely feel the difference in quality and comfort compared to a lot of synthetic fabrics. Everything feels thoughtfully made and easy to wear day to day.
Overall, I’ve had such a positive experience and I’m really happy I discovered this brand.
