The engineer heard the problem with our new machine as soon as I started the machine dispensing the first cup of hot water

The sales service is excellent - what needs a bit of attention is the time it takes to refund returned cannisters. The website says 14 days - my experience is it is significantly longer than that. Once that gets sorted I would award a 5 star review.

Responded very promptly on first available business day, and gave me the information I wanted about how to return empty gas canisters.
However, I don't understand why this information can't be made available on your website and has to be specially asked for.

Lewis and Darren installed our machine for us today and were really lovely, efficient and professional. Explained how to use which I really appreciated. So far machine is wonderful and would highly recommend.

I been involved in the BiBO water system since owning the BIBO Classic , I decided to buy the new NOVA water dispenser, because I knew I was getting quality, when my NOVA had a few hiccups BIBO kept me hydrated when they visited my office and one of their technicians got my BIBO up and running, I can endorse BIBO for every single home owner, you cannot go wrong.

Some of the setup and initial communication wasn't great, as the colour we had selected was out of stock but was available on the website and so we were asked to delay or get something we didn't want as much, and other items we ordered were taking a long time to arrive.
However, the installation itself was perfect, Sam and Darren were great and talked through everything I asked, big thanks to those guys!
The product seems good so far too, fingers crossed going forward!

The appointment was very quick, and the problem was resolved. The engineer arrived at the scheduled time, as she had texted the day before.

Bibo Nova was installed last Wednesday.
All working great and then it started to leak.
That is not a negative comment because they were out within 3 days and have now fixed the leaking machine.
As for the water - the quality is excellent and combined with the boiling water - I done know why we didn't buy one years ago.
Excellent all round.

This has been the most gratifying experience.
Firstly, our Bibo water machine arrived exactly when expected and secondly, so did the installation engineer. The installation was very efficient and Sam was happy to place it where we wanted it. He went through the user instructions with us (although the machine basically tells you what to do) and it is really simple to use, producing boiling water and delicious chilled water to the touch.
Thirdly, and most importantly, the Bibo hot and chilled water dispenser has totally revolutionised our lives. Our ‘mains water’ was undrinkable and now we have drinking water that honestly tastes like an expensive shop-bought mineral water.
I couldn’t recommend this product more.

Gas cylinders arrived quickly and safely, reasonable price.

I have bottles that I bought from Amazon and could not send them back to you because the postage page would not accept any address, so I had to buy 2 more bottle from your website. This is getting very expensive and I will not be recommending your product as it stands. My friend has a SodaStream and the return is more straightforward.

We use BIBO for various offices and Sam Watts is always so helpful and professional, we would recommend both him and the firm.

Sam our engineer arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly with a professional friendly manner. He also gave us some excellent tips for getting the very best out of our BIBO. Delighted with the outcome
