This was my first time booking through Hollie and I was impressed as she identified the lowest prices for the back to back cruises I wanted to do and even came up with some On Board Credit for the first cruise which wasn't showing any. She continued to provide the same excellent service that I have come to expect from Bicton Travel in relation to sending the paperwork through in a timely manner, answering queries, sending a reminder when the final payments were due and forwarding my travel documents when ready, 7 weeks before my cruises depart.
