A few weeks ago, I ordered a radio through BigaMart.com. It was a radio that I saw when I was visiting the UK. I then realized it was a radio that was specifically wired for the UK, not for the states. I contacted BigaMart immediately and their customer service representative, Mia, kindly helped me through the long process of returning the radio. It involved filling out Customs form, after Customs form, after Customs form, and Mia, in customer service, helped me through the entire process, even contacting my local UPS store when there was a snag with Customs. Mia handled the entire process with kindness, professionalism, and the kind of white glove service that one finds in only the finest of shoppes. I highly recommend BigaMart, and a raise and promotion for Mia💗.

Service and communication were superb. My item met my expectations in every way save that unfortunately it was damaged. A replacement was arranged at no charge, promptly, courteously, without question and with utmost professionalism. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again, and highly recommend every aspect of their service.

BigaMart in my opinion does everything well - better than well.
I bought three ceiling bulbs a week ago no longer available in Australia. The delivery was efficient and quick.
Unfortunately two of the bulbs were flawed. I decided to not proceed with further bulbs being sent - I will now have the whole lighting apparatus changed within the week. I contacted Customer Service today to ask if they could possibly return the cost of the two flawed bulbs to my account.
This was taken care of within half an hour and the money returned.
Mia from CS was incredibly helpful and regretfull that I had been disappointed.
Any company that deals with such situations immediately and without fuss is a company of excellence.

Excellent Customer Service and Swift Problem Resolution
I recently placed an order with Bigamart, and while there was a minor error with the initial shipment, I am incredibly impressed with how the company handled the situation.

Not only was their communication professional and courteous, but they also honoured my request for a reasonable discount to rectify the issue without any hesitation. This company is a joke
This company is a joke. They shipped me a glass lamp with virtually no packing...and guess what it was broken when it arrived. They dragged their feet about a refund and offered to send another...guess what...broken again...not quite as many pieces this time...goody for them. Finally agreed to a PARTIAL refund which I never received. Sent me an email saying they had processed it...no record on my credit card. Poor service...poor everything. Worst buying experience ever.

1/5 – SCAM – AVOID THIS COMPANY
I placed an order with Bigamart on November 22, 2025 (Order #14131944) for the following product:
UP rotary dimmer 1000 W – all-in-one – frame with flush-mounted insert + cover (Series G1 pure white)
Quantity: 3 pcs
Total amount paid: $353.97
More than 3 months have passed and the goods were never delivered.
Bigamart repeatedly claimed that the payment was “on hold”, even though the money was already taken. Later, they promised a refund, but no refund was ever sent.
Instead, I only received automated and misleading messages claiming that the refund was “being processed”. They even sent false payment and refund confirmations that never appeared on my bank account.
Financial loss: $353.97
No product, no refund, no real customer support.
Based on my experience:
• goods never delivered
• money never returned
• misleading and false information
• strong indication of a fake or fraudulent webshop
Bigamart is completely untrustworthy.
I strongly warn others: do NOT order from this company unless you want to lose your money.

I got polite and quick feedback to every mail. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
Although the problem with shipment, I strongly recommend the firm due to its customer support service.
