I bought a cushion that was $ 54.00 incl shipping and stated pay with a credit card and I did. Then I get a Charge for 93.40. Adding 25.of plus for shipping then it stated Pay Pal.This is a huge scam and I will blog them until they stop the thief’s.

I ordered a shower and lotion set from this company. The shower gel arrived three quarters empty in a sealed bag.
I contacted Bigamart and was told I would receive a full refund. A day later when I agreed I was then offered a replacement. When I replied I would prefer the refund as I have to pay duties on these items, I was then told I could only receive a partial refund..very different from the original response. I found this company very unprofessional and disrespectful.
What makes it worse is my father just passed away and I didn't need any other upset. When I explained I will not shop there again, and would let others know of my experience, then I was offered a full refund.

Product was well described and arrived in new condition. I paid for express shipping and did not recieve in time. Was treated well and respectfully and refunded for a portion of shipping cost, which I was satisfied with.

I purchased a Liononly two-tier dish drying rack that I could not assemble for the life of me. It may have been missing parts or I could just be too stupid. The written instructions were inscrutable and the YouTube videos I watched were ridiculously unhelpful since, as other confounded purchasers of this rack have commented, the videos skipped showing the actual assembly! I communicated with customer service and they allowed me to keep the rack. As I told them, I will recycle the rack since it is useless to me.
Sketchy Promises
I was searching for a special arena double gate latch, when I came across this website. The priced seemed reasonable to order but at checkout the shipping was almost the cost of the item. So I reached out by email to the company to inquire about a first-time buyer discount code on shipping and in our several communicationsons back and forth, on two different occasions they stated they could not provide a discount code for the shipping but rest assured at checkout they would take care of the shipping at the time of checkout. So I placed my order, and no discount was applied. So I reached out to them several times, with my order number and a copy of their email confirming they would take care of the shipping and requesting a refund for the shipping cost they stated they would take care of and now no one will not reply through their customer service email.
I will also add that it took a couple of weeks to get the item and when received it had just been poorly packaged and wrapped in a simple plastic bag which was torn in a couple of places through shipping to me.
I have not been able to install the latch to give any reviews on the quality of the product as of yet. So far my experience has been sketchy and at this point I would not recommend this company or any of their promises. I will make another review once the latch has been installed.

Incorrect item.
I ordered a burial urn, blue with hummingbirds. I was sent the wrong item. When I wrote to Bigamart, there was no assistance offered. Don't deal this this business. It is happy to take your money, deliver incorrect items and tell you that hey, mistakes happen. I am out $263 and will never deal with this business again.

Poor Communication thus far
I placed an order on 12/18 and got a response stating the order was on hold. I responded via email and never got a response. Re-ordered the next day and it seemed the site was just not working correctly. Later that day I received an email stating the order was received and being processed. I'm a bit nervous about this one! Just hope I didn't compromise myself and that its a safe site! We'll see soon enough.
01/15/25: update: this company came through with flying colors! We not only received the product but got free shipping because we could not have it by Christmas! I give them a five star!
