When you contacted us, you explained that you'd managed to install the shower using the part from your previous unit. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused, we offered a 5% refund, but unfortunately we haven't received a response to that offer.

It was a replacement bulb for a HIB…
It was a replacement bulb for a HIB bathroom down light. We had to do a slight adjustment! The space at the top wasn’t quite big enough so my partner managed to increase the space. All is well and working well.
