Big robots rock for my very first order the other week was amazing! They were helpful and accommodating friendly and dispatched my gunpla kit fast and efficiently, they packed my real grade v gundam perfectly for the journey to my door. It's been a while since I have had that level of service from a company I was completely blown away!. Please buy from them they are awesome and the price of gunpla is great as well 👍. 100/100 for me and I am now an ongoing customer with them and if you love your gunpla and want to be treated like a person and not a statistic then big robots rock should be your next destination for your gunpla or plamo. Detailed and responsive customer service from Callum. Ran into a minor issue with shipping, and Callum got back within a few hours with clear updates, even speaking to Royal Mail on my behalf. Very happy to support a small business that clearly puts a lot of effort into ensuring their customers are supported and informed.
Kit arrived in pristine condition, well packaged, and much more reasonably priced than those available elsewhere.

I will not hesitate to use BRR again for future Gunpla purchases!

Good prices and stock that most places else is unavailable. Also hand written note on delivery receipt was nice. And a reasonable delivery fee!

Only managed to find the kit I was looking for in this store, and was glad to see that aside from kits it also had the necessary tools so that I didn't have to look elsewhere. The package shipped quickly, and I'm very pleased overall. Would definitely order again! They even attached a handwritten letter which was heartwarming : )

I recently made an order with Big Robots Rock and had a wonderful experience. My package arrived on time in excellent condition. They also wrote me an incredibly sweet note and even chucked in a free sweet. On top of that their stock while small hosts alot of kits that I haven't been able to find anywhere else.

Fantastic online hobby shop, super friendly, gave me tips on alternate build instructions, all sets I wanted in stock and arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Zero complaints
