I requested refund for faulty product. I didn’t even receive a reply.

Outstanding service, sorted my recently inherited bike out super fast, really nice guy, will definitely take my bikes there for servicing in the future.

Quick delivery. I really like the bags. The only thing l was a bit disappointed with was the fact that on one of the bags the clips are black. They were red in the photos l used for ordering. I like a bit of colour on my bike things🙂

Looking for some missing parts for a vintage delivery bike - the guys at Bike Boom! were very patient and helpful and found the parts after an extensive search. Excellent!

My electric bike desperately needed a service. Great help on the phone. Left my bike on Thursday afternoon and got it back on Friday afternoon. What more could you ask for and had a happy ride home. Extremely informative and great price. Would highly recommend and use again. 😁

My wife had a problem with her Fiido Electric bike. The speed controller as soon as activated went full speed almost like a motorbike doing a "wheel", she was thrown off and the bike hit the kerb on the left hand side of back wheel severely bending the plate there. I took the bike to BikeBoom near Portslade and was told he would have a look at it, explaining that the plate on the left would probably require replacing and magnets in the rear wheel would need to be sorted. (a problem I believe with Chinese E bikes) When all was completed we were ready to collect the bike, my wife tried it immediately we arrived and is now "over the moon" with how well it works again. Thank you Bike Boom for an excellent service.

I have not received any update on my order after more than three weeks and no reply to my query about it's progress. It was meant to be in stock and available for dispatch.

Parcel still not delivered. Evri is a useless carrier

My order didn’t arrive, after a few weeks contacted bike boom to let them know. Immediately responded by contacting me and putting a new product in the post with the message if two arrive pass one on to make someone happy. Brilliant service, nice ethos, very happy. My product arrived after a few days. The other remains a no show.

Great customer service when a delivery went astray. Quickly and politely resolved.

Item missing in the package of my original order but when I reported this I got a real person to speak to, lots of apologies and the missing item sent out straight away with no arguments.
