Good but…
Everything arrived within a reasonable amount of time but the wrong colour handlebar was sent. Correct model and rise but the silver colour doesn’t fit with the rest of my setup. No time to return it as I had a big rode scheduled. Would use them again but with some hesitation.

Fast delivery, solid gear, and service that actually cares
So, I ordered a few bike parts from Bikecomponents.ca — and you know what? They actually delivered faster than I managed to finish my morning coffee. The package showed up in perfect condition, even though I ordered some hard‑to‑find gear. The web‑store is logically laid out, so I didn’t waste half an hour hunting for the right part. Their customer service even gave me a call to double‑check compatibility — solid move. All in all, smooth ride from order to door. I’ll be back when it’s time to pimp the bike again.

I was pretty happy with the service…
I was pretty happy with the service (especially helping me modify my order to something that was more appropriate for my needs), and the fast shipping. The only thing that left me a touch "humpf" was that the cap on the bottle of Silca Chain stripper that I received was loose, and about an ounce of liquid had leaked out. I emailed to indicate this, and ask(ed) that the cap be checked on future shipments of the product. Otherwise, the product has been great.
That said, I have recommended your site, and the same Silca products (stripper and wax drip combo) to family and friends who are looking into reducing the amount of effort that they need to put into their own chain maintenance.
