Fantastic experience. My hydraulic brakes both failed. They hooked me up with everything I needed. Took the parts to my local shop and was up and running in no time. Online chat was fast and easy. Would buy from again. Shipping was well packed and fast.

Awesome experience with this company
I ordered some hard to find brake adapters from bikecomponents.ca which is based in Canada. Since I am in the United States (Texas) the owner called me and said before he shipped them he wanted me to be aware that the U.S. may access duty fees on the parts but it is not possible to know how much the fees will be. I was so impressed he called me to tell me that. I had him go ahead and ship them and due to the parts being made in Italy and were small parts, there was no duty fee accessed. Quick shipping, care for their customers, quality hard to find products; what more could you ask for?
