Bilstein-Shocks Reviews 

Spent £400 on bilstein shocks for my bmw through demon tweeks, was sent a 2019 and 2015 built shock of completely different appearance and bump stop harnesses. One had a steel dust cap machined into the steel tube, the other had a plastic insert. Bilstein point blank refused to send me another 2019 built shock saying they cannot get more from Germany and think its acceptable to offload their old junk on me and to use an odd pair of shocks of varying performance. I cannot believe a large company can behave like this. I will never use this company again and will spread the word via forums to others.

Had my shockers for 6-8 thousand miles and they went faulty. They are supposed to have a 2 year warranty but take that with a pinch of salt
Poor service Bilstein no wonder your not as popular as you were

They will not honor their warranty. Has taken over 2 months and they still have to investigate. There is no clear cut off on warranty. Lifetime warranty is life time. When shocks are not working they should honor it.

Strut bearings failed before 20,000 miles of road use only.

B16 PSS10s.

6 months out of warranty (no, there is no lifetime warranty in the UK/Europe - only North America).

Now having to send the shocks back for rebuild at cost to myself.

Bilstein?

Avoid at all costs. Clearly engineered with the precision of paper aeroplane is my experience of them thus far.

I am just get B12 ProKit for my Audi TT 3,2 2007.
It was long story.
It start on COVID-19 happens and also other countrys hate Russia, so ther not so many options to purchase somthing beside local retailers. But Russian retailers have no fitment for my car.

So i start searching and found this guys.
And this mates confirm thet i can buy my stuff from them.

6 hours and my cargo arrived to Moscow from Britain.

And more than 2 monts to get out from UPS warehouse because they take job that they cant do.

BE AWARE OF THIS!!!

Shocks-absorbers is DANGER CARGO with GAS UNDER PRESSURE. Check it twice that ur contry's rules allowed to deliver this type of cargo.

But to be honest guys from "bilstein-shocks.co.uk" take care about me for all time. So together we win UPS+ Сustoms and now I happy.

I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the terrible UPS delivery mix up and UPS online support. After having the wrong address and blaming Bilstein, it then took them two days to deliver the items from 25m away.Bilstein should stop using them and use DHL (has delivery slots, actual customer support that will talk to you)

Yeah customer service is a joke, these people know nothing about car suspension, constantly ringing and emails to no avail, they must have plenty of money because clearly they do not want my return custom, I think I will go with the likes of Gaz next time see if they want my hard earned cash.

ordered Tuesday arrived Friday from germany all ok happy with service.

VERY! VERY GODLY GREAT!

Just had the 5100 series installed on my Jeep which has a 4" lift and had some death wobble and suspension issues. Did the job and everything works great but the one issue I did have prompted me to call customer service and that's where everything came to a halt. Justin was not friendly or pleasant to speak to. Luckily I was able to have issue resolved back at the service shop that installed them and overall have to say that regardless of the rudeness, the product works great.
