BIRCH+FOG Reviews

Great company, product selection and customer service. I have found the best cbd oil related products and relief for anxiety.

Good product. Good service

Great customers service. They answer fast and they are very helpful. Love all my vape and gummies cbc products. Love Kloud9 and cannalier carthridges and Liift gummies. 100% satisfied and happy.

Been ordering for 4 years. They always shipped within 2-3 days, and I always received the package within a week. On 1 occasion, I received a leaking vape, but quickly sent me a new one using expedited shipping.

I’ve been ordering from B&F for years. Reliable and excellent products. I use a variety of cannabis products. The shatter bars (vegan, dark) and the Indica 3:1 capsules are my fav! Very helpful for sleeping and relaxing.

I am new to B&F this week. The customer service thus far has been exemplary. Have received proactive and friendly emails ensuring client satisfaction and providing site information which has been very helpful in navigating the B&F web site most effectively
So far very informative and professional communication

Great products and amazing customer service! Packaged with care also!

Excellent products. Great people to deal with. Forgot one item but sent a replacement immediately. My go to place.

I love the connection with the staff when I was unsure about products, I sent a message and they had great feedback and was quick to respond.

I have purchased from Birch +Fog many times and have been thrilled with their products, fast shipping and outstanding customer service! Any time I have contacted them for advice, questions, etc I have a prompt and very informative response! I HIGHly recommend Birch + Fog!

I was trying to order product and pay by credit card and all i got was pay by e transfer . why? i would like a phone number to order over the phone .

I've been ordering from Birch + Fog for years. Their products are very high quality, especially their in-house brands. Their customer service is amazing too!

I had thought I had tried everything for sleep and one friend recommended birch and fog for their cbn sleep gummys They were beyond what I was expecting, wow to have that feeling waking up needing to stretch and wonder what time it is!!! I had not done that in a very long time. How is it that not everyone is talking about these CBN gummys ??

They take your money and don’t care about the customer experience at all. Their fake sweetness as an approach to customer service is enraging when they are brushing off your actual issue. They don’t care if someone relies on deliveries for their health and will just flat out ignore you without offering a solution. Used to be decent but i guess they stopped caring. Been over a week since i spent $200 and they haven't shipped it or responded to my urgency for pain treatment.

When you purchase something that is being delivered, you expect to receive it. Once you pay, legally, I believe, it is up to B+F to prove that you received it. But they take no responsibility.

Although Interac E-transfers are a sketchy form of payment, I did receive my order !!
