After chasing around the UK for a very specific spec of vehicle. I had been totally let down at two other dealers trying to sell me substandard damaged vehicles, then I come across what I had been searching for Birchwood.
I found Birchwood Motors a pleasure to do business with. I spoke to Alex, from start to finish. After a mid afternoon call Saturday we travelled down from Manchester to view and purchase the car the very next day. Alex even opened up early on a Sunday morning to accommodate me and the family as we needed to be back in Manchester for a mid afternoon appointment.
Can’t fault the service. Can’t fault the car. Over the moon with everything. Would recommend them to anyone.

Guys were great. Great communication and always happy to help. Travelling afar for a car can be tricky but this was fast and no hassle.

I was very impressed with the excellent service I received from Birchwood Motors. I spoke to Alex and Morgan late in the day but nothing was too much trouble and amazingly, after purchasing a car at teatime on Monday, it was delivered to my door over 200 miles away by the following lunch time! This was such a relief as I am a carer and urgently needed a car to support my vulnerable clients.

Hello, after looking for a Kia Sorento locally to me with no joy I started to look further afield and after spotting one at Birchwood Motors Cardiff which grabbed my attention I spoke to Alex and arranged I would get train down to view it potentially to buy it . Alex collected me from station back to the car , thankfully it was as described and I was really pleased.
