took my car in for a mot and service got it back early afternoon and was kept up to date with the car while it was in the garage will definitely be back great staff

I have just had a very bad experience with the above garage. I went to put my car in and the person serving me(who later said he was the manager) asked several questions about a part for the job which I had been told would be ordered several months previously. He asked me several questions which I thought I had answered calmly if not slightly confusingly because I assumed the part would be there. I have had my car serviced there for the last 3 years and after the last service in September I was told the part would be ordered. Which I tried to explain. He then said and I quote “There’s no need to have an a attitude I just need to know about the part. You know if you are not happy then you can just take your business elsewhere!” When I explained I didn’t have an attitude he repeated the above. Then another mechanic came in and the manager said that his mechanic had told him I wasn’t happy with where I was asked to park- I literally said ah ok and moved to park there so I wasn’t unhappy, in fact it saved me walking to the office and back again so if anything I was happy. The fact the two men in question stood over me and spoke to me like that I have never felt so intimidated and bullied. Absolutely shocking treatment.
He repeated the take your business elsewhere statement and I decided I would. I felt it would be detrimental to my car and myself if it went into the garage. They will not get my business again. I will reiterate. This was the manager of the garage.

Brought our car in for new break discs and pads in May 2023. Had to bring it back after a number of weeks because they were squealing. Was checked over and was said to be just break dust. Still squealing 3 months later so took to a specialist garage for a second opinion.

They found it to be due to very cheap, not even branded components. Have now had to fork out for remedial work from them. Had really wanted to support a local business but feel stung and disappointed by this. Hundreds of £££s down the drain.

First time using garage and happy with repair carried out. However the cost quoted to me over telephone was not what I was charged when collecting car was then told the quoted price did not include the VAT.
They should always include the VAT in the price the quote.

Everyone was very helpful and work was carried out promptly

Just moved back to Bishopbriggs after being away from the area for 11 years ,very happy to use Bishopbriggs mot centre again ,still the very highest standard of service given ,and great prices still being charged ,highly recommend this garage ,best of all the even remembered me and had loads of COVID protection in force

First time using this garage,as just moved to the area,found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming,
Booked for a service and mot,l dropped my car off at 8.00 am and was offered a courtesy car which was free of charge,I didn’t needs this as I was off work that day and was driven back home by one of the mechanics.
They called me 1.5 hours later to say the car had passed its mot and would be ready to collect in 30 mins
When I returned the guy behind the counter explained all the things carried out in the service .
I was very happy with the service ,and felt safe and will use the garage again,very trust worthy and professional.

Received an email from the owner asking me to come to the garage and "give my review face to face" after leaving my initial review on trust pilot!

Terrible customer service. Doesn't return calls. Unhelpful and obnoxious.
