My driver Bella was amazing and unlike Doordash I didn’t have to worry about my food being cold or eaten because she didn’t see a tip. I tipped her extremely well. The app kept messing up but all in all a great ordering experience!

My driver was over an hour late and arrived incomplete and when the driver went to get the rest of the order she never came back with the food.

The gentleman who delivered is always so cheerful and pleasant to talk to!

Very prompt and courteous- glad to have her taking care of us.

Ordered food and an hour later the driver called and said she tried calling the restaurant 3 times to confirm our order but no one answered so she was canceling the order and putting the money as a credit on our Bite Squad account. My husband called the restaurant and when they answered, the gal told my husband that the driver told her that WE canceled the order (we did not). So the gal at the restaurant told us to reorder - we had our food in less than 30 mins. Not sure what happened the first time.

My door dasher went out of her way to meet my needs. I had ordered through the app and forgot to change the address from my home to my work address. I called her and she rerouted immediately. The food was still hot when she arrived.

Our food was great, our driver was great, the $23 in fees (not including the tip for our driver) is not great.
We ordered 2 entrees and 2 appetizers for $48 and had $23 in fees on top of that. Too many fees that I'm not sure go towards the driver's wage. Very expensive, considering Bite Squad takes a percentage of the sale from the restaurant.

The food was hot, everything was as ordered and driver was great. Good food and service.

The Service from BiteSquad was not good. According to the map, the driver drove 10-15 minutes the other way. Stopped somewhere for about 5-8 minutes and then headed back to my house to drop off my food. At this point, my food was barely warm and was soggy. Horrible service. When the driver finally got to the house, they didn’t knock or anything. I just happened to see them back out of the driveway

The food was wonderful and fresh, the best we've had from here. The driver was great on time and followed directions.

Status of order showed delivered, but food was never delivered. Contacted someone at bite squad and they couldn’t contact the delivery person. Will never use again! Horrible! Customer service has gone to crap!

The first driver had car issues so another driver was dispatched. There was a long delay getting the food delivered but BiteSquad made up for it. The customer service people were outstanding. And even tho the food wasn't quite as piping hot as it might have been, it was quite tasty.

Yusuf was awesome! Drove through a blizzard for us. Very happy with his amazing service.
