About 6 months ago, Peter from Bizlender reached out to me, right when I needed a little help with my small business. Peter has been a blessing! Very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my questions or getting me to the right department. He is quick to respond to phone messages that I leave. I have now received my second funding, 6 months later and it is as if I am a new client. He and everyone that I have spoken to have been courteous, friendly and all have great attitudes during conversations. I wish I could remember everyone that I have spoken with. Hopefully, there is a log. So, they can get the great recognition they all deserve! Right from whomever answers the phone through to the one who finalizes everything. Ben reached out to me and went above and beyond to get us funded for our business. It was a very small amount but the most important part is that he made it happen, came through in every way. He answered my calls, he followed up with me multiple times a day to make sure I received all my documents, etc. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because the amount that was approved was not the amount that was wired transfered into my account. It was short about $400 less than what we spoke about, but if it was accurate amount I would have definitely given a 5 star for service, time management and customer service was great. Thank you, Ben for being diligent in what you do. We very much appreciate you.

This is my first time doing a financial agreement like this and everyone has been so very nice! Louis was very knowledgeable and put my fears to rest. It was very quick too but not too quick to make sure I understood all the details.
I would certainly recommend them.

Daniel Wise was my Funding Specialist and he was very nice and knowledgeable in explaining the loan/funding process. Although he was persistent, I never felt any pressured by him. He was very patient, answered all of my questions, and returned all of my phone and email inquiries within a 24hr period (only because of the time difference). There was a little hiccup when he turned it over to the funding company and both Daniel and his boss reached out to me to explain the reason for the delay, as well as to assure me that the funding will go through. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Bizlender!

The process was to redundant and inconvenient for me has the customer. It was very frustrating answering the same questions over and over from a different person. Your company made me feel like I was doing something wrong by borrowing money from you. I expressed my frustration to each of you at the time and all just ignored it.Reading the contract back to me lake a kid after a read a sign it was nonsense. I won't borrow again!!
