Sam and Michaela were fantastic throughout our office search. The viewings were well organised and they clearly listened to what we needed, only showing us spaces that were a genuine fit.
When it came to the lease agreement, they handled everything efficiently and were always on hand to explain anything we weren’t sure about. Professional, approachable, and great to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Offices are nice, but the people working there are very unprofessional. I went for an interview, and bizzspace didn’t even have the courtesy to reject my application. They just didn’t respond. I went out of my way and travelled an hour for this interview just to not get a response at all? Great professionalism.
Building is comfortable and clean, efficiently run. Friendly, professional and very helpful staff. James and Megan are great.
Bizspa ce unable to find money paid into their NWG bank account previously RBS, and abuse of power by the untrained and unwilling in Accounts Dept. The lack of response by CEO or any Complaints procedures is a concern. Now I have been advised by Bizspace to request my bank to create a fruad request
BizSpace has been great to work with. The workspaces are really flexible, and they've always been happy to help whenever we've needed to make changes.

Värde Partners Claw Back £380 Million, by putting rents up over 11% to 15%!
Their logo on the billing invoice "where business gets it buzz" alternatively "where business gets stung!"
After being a regular prompt payer for a small office within BizSpace Northampton, having had no issues with anyone, I received a 15% annual renewal increase! I was advised I could negotiate this on email - so I asked, to be advised "it did not apply to me" with my licence - I have kept all emails which states, this was available.
It's usually practice for commercial landlords, to put up rents every 3-4 years, not within 1 year of a new business starting.
An observation - good feedback appears to be from starry-eyed NEW customers! Lovely when you move in. until you receive your next, eye watering, annual renewal increase of 15%!!! (cheaper though, if you go back to sales or call them, it works out at 11% - which in its self is still higher than national average increase of 3-5 % per year, if at all) the knock-on effect pushes you inconveniently to find new premises – I refuse to pass on this rise, by adding additional % to my clients bill! particularly in this current economic/politically challenging climate. BizSpace, cannot do enough for you when you are new – falsely believing that you “get a special rate” when it's just the standard one – gift-wrapped nonsense "special rate" which turned out to be the standard rate with online sales team! Beware of your leaving costs on vacating - £150.00 plus VAT, for a one person occupied office, for an alleged mail forwarding service (I have never had mail, exept for the one letter from the West Northampton's Council Business Rates Department) additionally watch out for the Charge of £165.00 plus VAT for EICR one person occupied office! (this is in fact required every 2- 3 years, so why annual charge for a small office with one light user 10ft x 10ft space (hardly a heavy industrial unit) Therefore, these charges equate would you believe it - Yes! its about a month's rent, clawed back by greedy BizSpace! Double check your agreements-ask questions! Facilities: toilets in desperate need of update, look like the ones from a rundown 1970,s comprehensive school, not sure why, but people who use them are lacking in basic toilet etiquette, broken seats etc 9pictures available). The charming communal kitchens are basic and tired looking, dirty fridges, whilst long forgotten milk turns into yogurt, odours of pungent garlic drifting out and reeking in the corridors. The main reception door/unlocked often open, to the elements, 24 hrs including weekends - opens onto enticing piles of parcels and letters left un-attended on desk and floors, at all times of night/day (reception not manned, anymore - pictures available). The general public are free to saunter in at anytime - for example: two random children kept running about for hours, knocking on all the doors in the building. Coupled with the unique feature: the deafening fire alarm, which regularly goes of at random times, no one there to execute fire drills? or even switch it off. The heavily advertised sophisticated co-workers space is actually in the reception area, where random folks jockey for space, loudly conducting interviews, not very professional, the resulting atmosphere, is somewhat like a underwhelming overworked, motorway service station - walking through it, you get quizzical looks and queries for the location of the toilet (they think you are BizsSpace staff) so is co-working space = code for a pretend office - a laudable practice that has unfortunately increased, since I have been there. I was shocked at rent increase as the premises are becoming increasingly weary, worn and shabby - I have seen no updates that can possibly justify such an increase!
I rented an office at BizSpace Wimbledon and my experience has been very disappointing from start to finish.
When I vacated my unit at the end of May 2025, I repainted the office to leave it in better condition than when I moved in. Under the contract, my deposit should have been returned within 5 weeks. It’s now been almost 9 weeks, and despite repeated emails and assurances, I still haven’t received it.
This isn’t the only issue I faced. Throughout my time renting, I was consistently charged more rent than the advertised room price, and there were multiple problems during my stay that were never properly resolved. Communication from BizSpace has been poor, and the lack of accountability around the deposit is the final straw.
For a company of this size, I expected much better professionalism and customer care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend BizSpace.

Had a very disappointing experience with BizSpace Rochdale. I've been back multiple times to try to get my deposit refunded, but the manager,has been completely uncooperative. His attitude was unprofessional and made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. expected a straightforward refund, but stead I've had to chase it repeatedly with no help or courtesy. Would not recommend dealing with this site.

I am a massage therapist at Bizspace in Wakefield. I like the fact that parking is good for my clients. I can come and go as I please, lock up etc. I can decorate my room and have all of my stuff in my room. Now that Andy the manager has been Very instrumental in keeping up with maintenance here, it now looks an inviting place to come and visit as a client. He is an excellent manager here and has looked after me here, as a sole trader.
Now, the downside with Bizspace are the high yearly increase on the licence fees. Unfortunately in the 8 years I have been here, I have seen many companies leave due to this.

We’ve been tenants here for nearly four years, always on one-year contracts renewed annually. From the outset we were crystal clear that we wanted a one-year term, renewed each year — nothing more. Because of overlapping annual leave on both sides, our notice went in one week late. Despite our long, reliable tenancy, management refused any flexibility and insisted on auto-renewing us for a further full year.
In my view, this is a punitive, gotcha approach to renewals — not a partnership. It felt like being held to ransom over seven days, which is not what I expect from a premium serviced office provider. We tried to reach a reasonable compromise; they wouldn’t budge.
The experience is matched by the facilities also The toilets were often in poor condition, and the cafeteria is basic — not exactly high-end cappuccinos or the kind of coffee/barista setup you’d expect at the prices charged.
As a seasoned entrepreneur, I’m dismayed by how this was handled. If you value fair dealing and professionalism, look elsewhere. Entrepreneurs beware.

I have had a great experience with Bizspace. Over the years that i have rented, the office upgrades have supported my Business. Upgraded by Phil Sexton and on the day to day running of the centre we have James Titchmarsh MD and a vibrant receptionist Zoe who assists with our postal requirements and client greetings. The centre is clean, fresh and the other businesses within the centre are great to know. Ample parking, meeting rooms with teas and coffees free as standard. Which is always a must. Highly recommend.
