BizSpace Wembley has been wonderful to work with and has exceeded all of my expectations. Michael Simrell has been fabulous. This operation is highly recommended.

Julie who manages the building biz space is amazing, very friendly and bubbly person. No job is too big, she does everything to help.
Facilities are also very clean.

Do you want unhappy employees? Yes, then rent office space from Bizspace where they can screw you over for a £100 fine for legitimately parking in the allocated parking for the office youre renting! They wont cancel the fine.

My employer rented office space for 8 days recently. Received £100 parking fine through the post a month later when my partner picked me up from work in our car and we didn’t realise we needed to enter the reg at reception. Every other day when the car was parked there throughout the day i entered the reg but didn’t occur I needed to enter it to be picked up! Contacted nothing can be done have to pay it!

So easy to onboard into a new office/

Sam has been super helpful, could not do enough to support me with the transition into the Designworks at Felling. Nothing was too difficult.

Well my bad for not reading everything on the page I was late back granted but the car park was in the middle of nowhere and we got quite lost thought the times were an estimate and got a £100 pcn fine. Funny auto correct changed it to “con “ fine. Had the actual distance been advised and isolated roads been known I would have thought twice. Lesson learned I know it’s the camera Car park operators but maybe on booking it should say be careful and advise to be generous with your times I’d have had a better day today 💔 it was a business park no other vehicles on return and I was terrified

I recently visited this area in Swindon - Cheney Manor Industrial Estate after a decade or so for a lash appointment and unfortunately missed sign where it mentioned that one needs to register their car
I only realised this once I received a letter with a penalty for £60 and it stressed me further as I was already I middle of moving house.
I called this 0800 number but was given a 01793 number.
I called it and spoke to this absolutely polite assistant - Adele.
I explained to her what had happened and she requested me to call the 0800 number. I further told her how I was given the 01793 number and if she can help rather than me getting lost in circles.
Adele took all the details including the name of business, name of owner and unit number, so she can investigate.
She told me she will try her level best to get it sorted but can't promise how long it will take.
The very next day I get a call from her informing that everything has been resolved and I don't have to pay the penalty anymore.
I can't even explain how happy I was to hear that.

Well done BizSpace for having this amazing staff like Adele in your organisation.

We moved in in December 2024, and I’m so glad we made the move. The facilities are great & always kept clean, there is ample parking and easy for visitors too.
To top it all off Lisa & Michelle are brilliant - so friendly and always happy to help!

We rented a small office at BizSpace in Preston. It's been really good, we are a small business starting up and we found it to be really convenient and the rates were affordable. Kirsty is the manager and she was always very nice and helpful. We decided to move somewhere else just due to circumstances and expansion but we really enjoyed our time and working from BizSpace and we recommend it.

We have just moved into Newcastle Amber Court and we are so happy we chose here. Lisa and Michelle have gone above and beyond to make the move so smooth. I would highly recommend Bizspace Amber Court

Recently moved into Amber Court Newcastle, the building is always clean & tidy, amenities are always available. Lisa & Michelle are always helpful

We have had an office with Bizspace Preston for a number of years and find the facilities and general running of the complex excellent. The building is well maintained and any minor problems are attended to promptly.
Kirsty the complex manager is always welcoming and cheerful, exceptionally efficient and always goes the extra mile to ensure all the tenants are well served and important to her

Kirstie, the Centre Manager at Preston, is great! Friendly, organised, efficient and professional! A real pleasure to work with and a smiley face on Reception!

Newcastle offices are great with plenty of parking, lovely area, and easy to get to. The management team are very friendly and accommodating

Amber Court, Riverside, Newcastle Business Park...Excellent Building & Management. Clean, friendly, good location, parking and management staff always pleasant and helpful. Best Biszpace site.
