This company is not based out of Florida, says it's coming from Brazil. Undisclosed information
I paid this company $214 and placed my order on the 21st of October, according to FedEx, and the receipt, the package is coming from Brazil. Nowhere on the website was there any mention of Brazil? Only Miami Florida. The address is a fictitious one. complete fraud and I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau, please save yourself . I have all of my proof to verify everything that I'm saying here
. Fedex said a label has been created but the company must request one to pick up the product and that has not been done.It's been 8 days I've contacted the company every single way that I can imagine and I have had no response. Now I'm filling a dispute through my bank, I will contact florida revenue dept and commissioners office

The packages never arrive. I've been waiting for mine for almost a month and it hasn't arrived. For me, FedEx is terrible service. If they asked to ship with another company, it would be better.
