Nowhere on the website did it disclose that this is a dropshipping operation. They appear to operate from outside the U.S. while using a Florida mailbox tied to a real estate office and a VOIP number that doesn’t even have a proper voicemail—just a generic message saying the client isn’t accepting calls.

Efetuei a compra de um produto, e fui comunicada via MSN que teria de pagar 22€ para taxa da alfândega!!! O produto custou 19€ mais 14€ taxa de entrega! Quando eu soube que teria a taxa da alfândega fiz contato com a loja e a resposta foi, sim.. infelizmente! Mas se eu compro de uma empresa situada na Flórida e ninguém me avisa que não tem no estoque, eu não posso adivinhar que vira do Brasil e além do preço é da taxa de entrega ainda tem alfândega! Enfim!! Se eu quisesse pagar taxa de alfândega compraria diretamente do Brasil. Que aliás sairia mais barato e certamente o atendimento seria mais respeitoso!
(Considerando que o preço seria 6€,) enfim… infelizmente muito decepcionada! Estava feliz por ter encontrado aqui e por ser uma empresa brasileira. Por educação e respeito ofereceram 50% do valor para reembolso!Pessimo atendimento!
