I’ve seen Blackbough all over my social media and decided to finally order some suits before a trip. I absolutely fell in love with the styles and the fit. As a person who struggles bikini shopping, their tops and tankinis, supports my cup with the perfect amount of coverage. I found everything was true to size and the quality of the pieces stood out the most. Extremely comfortable fabrics with vibrant looks. The stitching of the product is also wonderful, you can tell these are made to last you more than one season. Even with shipping errors through FedEx, Blackbough’s customer service team ensured my pieces arrived to my home. Genuinely the best swimsuits I’ve purchased and the cutest! I will definitely order from here again and again!

Not only does Blackbough have some of the nicest suits, their customer service is outstanding!! I have purchased several two piece swimsuits over the last two summer seasons from them. They take the time to look over any inquiries personally and help you out based on your specific needs. It is the best and most accommodating site I have ever worked with. I will definitely continue to be a customer here!!

Always have loved blackbough But love them more now ! I ordered a top and it came in the wrong size … customer service was top notch They handled the problem asap and had a new top out the next day Super happy and appreciated

I found damage on my bikini once I received my parcel. I sent an email to their customer service but after 11days , I still got NO reply at all, and there’s no any other ways I could reach out to them!!!

Not only is the quality of the bikinis SO GOOD, but Blackbough Swim also has the best customer service. The customer service team got back to me right away for a request I had made and I am elated with the swift, personable, and generous customer service. It is such a rarity nowadays!

I was immediately contacted when a size in my order was out of stock and was able to communicate with a real person which was SO amazing! Margaux was so kind and helpful and completed my request within the same night. I am highly satisfied with how quick it was and that I was able to speak with real humans :)))
