I emailed them and got an answer on the same day and the asked me for a video with the problem.

Blackbough has become my favorite bathing suit brand over the last 2-3 years and I recommend them to all my friends, girls and guys! Even the men’s swimwear is to die for! I accidentally ordered two bikini tops in the same size without realizing it, and before the order even shipped, someone from their team noticed the duplicate and reached out to make sure it wasn’t a mistake. (It was!) Within just a few hours of confirming, they processed a refund — no hassle at all.

I was blown away that they caught it and took the initiative to contact me. That kind of attention to detail and care for the customer is so rare these days. Not only are their swimsuits super cute and flattering, but their team is truly top notch. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I really wanted to love Blackbough, but after my experience, I’m honestly very disappointed.

I ordered several bikini bottoms in size XS – some of them fit perfectly, while others from the same brand and same size were way too small. How is it even possible that sizing varies so wildly within the same size range? It makes online shopping a total gamble.

When I reached out to customer service, they offered me a discount code for my next purchase… as if I’d want to shop again after having to return items due to their own sizing inconsistencies. I requested a full refund to my original payment method – not a store credit, not a coupon – just my money back for a product that didn’t fit due to their error. But their reply was vague and unhelpful, and I still don’t even know if they’re actually processing the return correctly.

Honestly, this brand needs to standardize their sizes and take responsibility when something goes wrong. Cute designs don’t mean much when the experience is this frustrating. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

I love all their swimsuits so much, and the quality is great. They are double-lined and very vibrant, and look exactly like the photos. The CS is great and is always very helpful. The only thing to keep in mind is that their sizing tends to run small, but otherwise, there are no complaints!

I've ordered from Blackbough several times before and always love the quality and prints of their suits! This was my first time dealing with customer service though and they were incredible! I had already placed my order and realized after that I wanted to redeem my rewards to get a free suit and they were so kind and helpful, they were able to help me redeem the rewards and added the items onto my order so I wouldn't need to order again and pay for shipping! So quick to answer and I am so happy!!

Amazing customer service and high quality suits! I ordered a swim suit for a trip and accidentally only ordered duplicates of the bottom piece and they reached out to me to make sure i could fix my order before it was shipped also did quicker shipping for me!!

I bought Blackbough 5+ years ago and loved it but lost the suit and couldn’t remember what size i ordered. customer service was awesome and got me the answer so quickly. The suits are high quality and I’m a big fan of their sizing chart, it’s the most accurate i’ve found which is so important especially ordering suits online

My boyfriend placed an order for me and didn’t receive the confirmation email because of some email blocker setting he had. Customer service replied so quickly and was super friendly! I’m really excited to get the items, I can tell the company puts thought into their products and service!
