bought a matching set in may, after a one week pool vacation with proper care, the top started to lose all elasticity. not just small fraying of the elastic in the fabric but large sections now completely missing the elasticity. still wearable but not for long. brought back to the store of purchase and they claimed it was “user error” even though I hand washed and line dried. reached out to blackbough to see if i just got a faulty product and if this level of decay is normal, said there was nothing they could do since i purchased from a separate retailer, makes sense but also embarrassing that they don’t stand by their 100 euro product. now it’s october and the bottoms are starting to show the same wear. way too expensive for maybe 50 wears total and one summer of inconsistent use.

This company offers the best swimsuits - both designs and quality! They have different styles to choose from and also gives variety of sizes. As a petite girly, sometimes it's hard to find bikinis that fit me well but good thing I was able to discover this brand! I now have swimsuits that fit me perfectly and do not look big on me especially the top!

Products don't disappoint, especially the bikinis! Though their quilted totes/pouches are definitely contenders! They also come up with the prettiest and unique designs almost always!! I always love seeing what Blackbough comes up with !

They ship from the Philippines, so upon import to Germany, I paid 70€ in customs fees, which is not their fault as I should have read the FAQs and did not do so, as I incorrectly assumed that their EU website would ship from within the EU. Read the fine print and FAQs!
My “may flowers” print bikini didn’t look the same as online (pattern has odd grey stripes in the background in real life) and my basil green bikini arrived broken. Bikini material is nice but they are overpriced for what they are. Upon returning, you have to pay for shipping. On the plus side, they refunded me very quickly.
Side note: they appear to filter comments heavily on Instagram and appear to have bought lots of followers (1 million followers but 1,700 likes and 18 comments on a post?). This is common but still feels disingenuous. Would not recommend!

I love Blackbough! My sisters and I have ordered many times from them with no problems and we love all our bikinis from them. Such great quality, comfortable, and cute! My most recent order, I had to change the size on one of my items and they were quick to solve my problem.

Les maillots taillent trop petit le guide des tailles n’est pas fiable et quand vous payez plus de 150 euros d’articles pour avoir une livraison gratuite vous vous retrouverez quand même à payer des frais de douane allant jusqu’à 90€ alors que rien ne le mentionne sur le site. Un peu malhonnête.

Apart from the fact that the package arrived within a few days, I can't say anything good about the delivery. Nowhere does it say that you have to pay customs for the goods. When I accepted the goods, I was asked to pay €98 for customs for a purchase price of €208. Horrendous prices for an order, in my opinion. I'm very annoyed because I would have liked to have known about this beforehand. I think more emphasis should be placed on informing customers about the costs they will incur.

I always have a great experience shopping here and their customer support team is a big part of that experience too! They reply fast and help me very well anytime I need to reach out (I shop a lot here, so it is often) I have always had a hard time with finding comfy, cute, and fun swimwear my whole life and I will never buy swim anywhere else but here again! I love matching with my boyfriend too and all the clothes and accessories they offer as well that match!! They have great points and coupon options too which encourages me to buy more cause they are really good rewards! Like 20% percent off coupons or free bags and swimwear! Not a lot of stores do that!

BEST BIKINIS I EVER BOUGHT! SIMPLE GORGEOUS AND TRENDY!!

DO NOT BUY, unless you are American or know your size exactly. I ordered from blackboughswim thinking they are a fair company. The top of the bikini i ordered unfortunately didn't fit so I have to return the bikini. They only give back your money in store credit which is ridiculous and also very unusual for us Europeans. Then I find out you have to pay for the shipping cost YOURSELVES. In Europe this price varies between 9-12 euros's. You won't get this money back in store credit. It's absolutely ridiculous that a company that sells bikini's from 100 euros and more, does not pay for the returnlabels out of courtesy. Sick people, sick money tricks.

The customer service is excellent! One of the products in my order was the wrong product. After contacting them via email I received an answer the same day and a replacement was sent out free of charge the following day. The replacement arrived today, only 1 week after the original order arrived!

Stuck with 4 beautiful bathing suit that don't fit me, after spending €300.

I did my first order here out of sale impulse. I was very happy because I wanted to buy something from this store for a very long time, but never did because of the expensive price and because in my country it's only a webshop. So I decided to order from sale to try some lovely bikinis and looked at the sizing. I ordered without looking at the policies, so I admit that my negative experience is a bit my own fault. But being such an expensive and well-known brand I supposed that I could easily send back or change something that didn't fit me. Unfortunately I figured out that I couldn't sent back sale items after already having paid €300. Then I also read that when you do send something back you only receive store credit and don't get refunded.

This frustrates me because I'd expect from such expensive branding that you could get it refunded or changed. It's not risking €5-€15 for a bathing suit, It's risking €100 for a bathing suit.

Anyway, about the quality of the products I can't complain. The bathing suits are beautiful, original and very soft but strong material.

I'm actually really sad that I wouldn't dare to shop here again.

Fast shipping to the US. Quality is just okay, I'm slightly disappointed. I bought a swimwear and clothe set, both feel like they should be priced cheaper than that. Especially the clothes

I recently made a purchase from Blackbough Swim and I can honestly say my experience with the company was one of the best online purchasing experiences I’ve had. I live in place where it’s difficult to deliver mail and when there was a problem with the delivery their customer care team reach out to me and helped me to resolve the issue. They were very attentive and I was able to get my package without any other problems. Additionally, I was very happy with my purchase when I tried it on! Everything was just as pictured and honestly fit better than I expected. If you’re on the fence, I would definitely give this brand a try!
