There is no after-sales service, they don't answer emails or take responsibility for anything after the sale.

I had a disappointing experience with Black Box Store.

At the time I placed my order, their website clearly stated that international shipping within Europe costs €15 for orders under €200. My order total was €123, but I was charged €23.45 for shipping instead.

When I contacted the store, they acknowledged that the shipping information on their website was incorrect and later updated the wording in their store policy section. However, despite admitting the information was wrong, they refused to refund the €8.45 difference and said my only option was to cancel the entire order.

On top of this, the shipping process was frustrating. There were no updates on the shipment for about a week, and my emails were not answered. I only received a response after contacting them through the website chat.

The product itself arrived and was fine, but the way this situation was handled was very disappointing. There was no apology for the delay or the incorrect information on their website, only excuses.

Because of this experience, I would be cautious when relying on the pricing information shown on their website and the level of customer service you can expect.

Ho acquistato nonostante le recensioni negative e un profilo non certo top. Mi sono fidato delle ultime recensioni positive. Le negative le ritengo fasulle vista la mia esperienza che è estremamente positiva. Al momento dell'acquisto mi è subito arrivata la mail di conferma. Il giorno dopo mi arriva la mail di avvenuta spedizione con numero tracciabilità DHL e dopo quattro giorni già le scarpe erano in mio possesso. Nulla di negativo, prodotto originale ad un prezzo top. Sicuramente continuerò ad acquistare da Blackboxstore.

Mi sono fidata, ignorando le recensioni negative, e ho fatto benissimo! La mia esperienza è stata ottima. Tutto è andato bene, spedizione velocissima.

Ero alla ricerca delle New balance 2000 e mi sono imbattuto in questo sito la cosa che mi ha colpito era il prezzo molto basso quindi non mi fidavo tanto sono andato a leggere le recensioni neanche a parlarne un disastro, nonostante tutto ho deciso di acquistare e devo dire che sono davvero molto soddisfatto mi hanno seguito con le mail passo per passo ordine di conferma arrivato subito tracking dopo un giorno spedizione super veloce,quindi non capisco tutte queste recensioni negative complimenti al team Black box store avete trovato un cliente.grazie mille.

Ho messo 4 stelle xche il mio ordine non è arrivato completamente. Ma servizio clienti sono gentili e mi hanno fatto un rimborso.

Comportamento scorretto e disonesto. Mi hanno dato le istruzioni per un reso, ma il pacco non è mai arrivato per indirrizo non trovato. Sto provando a contattarli tramite telefono e email da due mesi senza successo. Si tratta di una vera e propria truffa. Non effettuano resi di nessun tipo facendo cassa su acquisti

Ho ordinato le scarpe e non ho ricevuto una mail immediata con una conferma d’ordine, questo mi ha reso un po’ scettica. Invece il gg successivo mi è arrivata conferma d’ordine e immediata mail del corriere. Morale : le scarpe son arrivate in 3 giorni! Sono perfette, bellissime. I would like to acknowledge excellent customer service. Initially I received wrong pair of shoes, but customer service was very responsive, send me returns label very quickly, acknowledged received return and shipped the right pair. So all in all, I would buy from them again. Yes, mistakes can happen, but if they are corrected with the right attitude, it’s not a big deal at all. Thank you!

I was sceptical because of so many bad reviews. But nevertheless i ordered a pair of Adidas sneakers which are basically almost impossible to find. I bought the very last pair and i'm super stoked about how smoothly everything went. I got an order confirmation right after placing my order, got a shipping notification and just a few days later a notification that the package had arrived in Germany. The sneakers are in perfect condition, brand new, the box is in best condition, it was safely packed.
Five stars for my shopping experience with Black Box Store.

ho ordinato due paia di scarpe nike: una su questo sito e una sul sito di nike. mi sono arrivate prima quelle comprate su black box ed era tutto ok.
prezzi mediamente onesti e prezzi di spedizione non ricordo se bassi o addirittura nulli. top

tutto ok , spedizione velocissima merce ok

Impossibile contattarli per ricevere rimborso o sostituzione per prodotto difettoso ampiamente in garanzia.

After I read some bad reviews I was worried. I had to send back sandals because of wrong number, they were a little slow (or I was worried because of reviews), but everything went smooth.
Products are legit and I couldn't find a better price anywhere! Grazie!
