Order & delivery were good. Loved the look of the furniture but sadly after only 1 year the rattan has started flaking. Whilst I appreciate it’s not guaranteed I would have expected it to last for longer than this & we’ll have to replace it far sooner than we wanted which is disappointing.
We sadly bought more of the same furniture earlier this year so I anticipate the same will happen to that.

Purchased a Nova Ciara corner dining set and so happy with my purchase and the great service I received from Blakesleys. The order process was seamless with quick delivery. The furniture looks great and is good quality. A small issue with a cushion was sorted swiftly and efficiently. A great company to deal with. Would recommend.

The actual rattan and cushions are nice hence the 2 stars, the covers are completely pointless-i cannot stress enough how much there is no point in buying these, they let even light rain through and went brittle and faded in the sun so cracked and let even more water in at the cracks. They lasted all of about 3 months. I complained at the time but was told they are not under any warranty. The main issue however is that I received the dining table with flawed glass in spring 2021, (rainbow coloured rough patch about 20inch long) photos sent through to Ian, was promised another table (this was due to be sent last summer), after chasing up Ian concluded that the table must have smashed and the courier didn't tell him and said the table was now not avaliable now untill next summer (so 2022) . I followed up at the start of summer, Ian said he would send one out, still have not received it this summer and it is now 1st September. The customer shouldn't have to chase up this much for a manufacturing fault, it appears to me that Ian is saying he will send it but is really just fobbing me off. I would much rather back in 2021 he just be honest and say he has no intention of sorting the issue which would have saved me having to send numerous emails.

Overall fairly happy, assembly was a little tricky with some of the holes not lining up. The main gripe is the inadequate amount of stuffing in the cushions. Probably double the amount would suffice.

I ordered the Menorca Rattan XL which was in the sale at the time. I wouldn’t of paid full price for it, as it definitely isn't worth it. For £700 it does look great in the garden, however it was not what I thought. It also took forever to put together, instructions not that helpful either. The pieces are numbered which is good but some of them did not fit together as shown in the instruction booklet so we did have to work a lot of it out ourselves. It is all fitted together with allen keys which is ok, but to get your hands in some of the spaces was very difficult and made blisters on my hands which started to bleed. Not really a one person job either. I understand they don’t come pre-assembled but still.

Happy now it’s up though!

Great furniture, best price I could find and quick delivery

There was a delay in getting the pergola and screen by a couple of days. Called Blakesleys once we found a phone number for them on Facebook. My partner got there first. Five minutes later I got a call from a very nice lady who assured me it was coming but with courier. She chased them up and sure enough, 2 days later it arrived from Panther delivery. All 5 35 kg boxes lifted by them neatly into garage. Only a positive experience except for the delay. Very good service to put right. Only thing I would say is they need a phone number on there website!

Excellent service from Blakesleys. I ordered the wrong item but they gave me options regarding return and exchange and in the end I loved the furniture I'd ordered so I kept it. Delivery was quick and straightforward. Would definitely buy from them again.

Only used a couple of times so far but this is a lovely garden furniture and the fire pit is a great addition, it was delivered within a few days of ordering and the price was very competitive so would recommend Blakesleys to anyone 👍

Ordered some outside furniture, it said delivery in 3-5 days but I needed it on a certain date, emailed them, they got straight back with an answer. Fantastic service and furniture.
